He mentions its 32k base price. $32,300 per their website. You can actually get the AWD, hybrid, top trim package, "Luxury", for under 40k.

Obviously they don't care how many values there are. I was just in the assumption it had to do with the overall efficiency or ability to burn cleaner...somehow... I can't imagine it getting much better with longer gears as it's an 8-spd and four of those gears are overdrive ratios. Emissions is not the same thing as fuel economy. That's what I originally meant. The Corolla does not have a turbocharged 2.0. That's an N/A engine but, I know what you mean.

Yes, but why would they be testing on an F150 platform? The bodywork on the front end doesn't look hacked up and narrowed for a smaller platform. "The gut answer here is "some sort of Bronco," but considering that this mule's wheels are pushed out to the edges of its Raptor bodywork, that theory still leaves us scratching our heads. This is really interesting because what i read about that made a Bronco Raptor almost impossible off of what's seen in those spy shots because, the wheels are pushed all the way out on a Raptor which is already considerably wider than a regular F150...which is considerably wider than a Ranger so it just doesn't add up to being able to fit over a Ranger platform. Those toggle switches above and between the driver/passenger are look awesome.

That's a good point. STL is the same way, it's a crappy dealer show. I forgot about that. There are probably only a handful that are actually sponsored by the manufacturers themselves.

I'd give a little break to an auto-show car are they are trailer-ed around from city to city each time having hundreds or thousands of people getting in and out of them each weekend and touching everything they can. Buuuut, I haven't heard much good about the vehicle so, regardless, it still doesn't sound that great for the vehicle.

I just read this a few minutes ago and it sounds like a big-ole mess. The only thing that seemed off was the Sync 3 comments as I haven't heard a bad thing about it until that review.

The one I thought would really give it to Tesla has piss-poor range in comparison, Taycan.

That actually sounds slightly worse than Ford and their piece of ish DCT. They "at least" extended the warranty coverage period.

Didn't they have a 330e last gen or out already? I know somebody with one but I don't know what year it is. I think it's only rated 20-something EV miles but it's easily exceeded.

Auto commercials are the easiest commercials to make and GM puts out this "real people" trash. Truck, show a video of it doing truck things with music. sports sedan, show a video of it hustling on back roads or a track with music. SUV, filling up with people and bags with music. Than there's GM's garbage. Let's show a sports sedan losing a race to a man on foot. "real people" thinking a Malibu looks like a BMW.. ? I get you're a GM-guy, but you're the only person I've ever heard even remotely try and defend that crap and you're far from the only person I know who loves GM. They're just so poorly executed and exaggerated. It's like they chose the 6 stupidest "real people" for each commercial. *gasp* after *gasp*.
