  1. I see Redbox has it. I may have to grab it tonight. The GF and I almost always rent a movie for Friday nights. This should do.
  2. I haven't, yet. I very much intend to though.
  3. Those are useful for modifying and repairs but that's about it. They've pretty much gone the way of the dodo bird. I don't even need to write a joke for this one! Cadillac writes it themselves.
  4. Cadillac's current tagline: Rise Above. " Rise Above the mainstream brands, but only barely. Check out our fancy Chevy's. "
  5. Casa probably should insult AMG and M cars because he doesn't own them nor have any intent to own them.
  6. "Take an average leap into mediocrity. Test drive our CUVs today!" They dared greatly before they made that slogan. Since then... no such daring moves. The last time Cadillac dared to be great was in 2015 when the current Escalade came to market or in 2016 when they crammed a 640hp supercharged V8 into a family sedan only available with RWD.
  7. This is one hell of an excuse. Dare Greatly, Cadillac does not.
  8. That's one badass car. Looks, performance, it's just great. Already sold out... GOT DERN IT!
  9. Yeah, that's a very good point. While Lincoln has done a lot wrong in the past decade..or three.. Eliminating some of the badging on the back of the MKC is nice. They got rid of the "ecoboost"badge and I believe that was done across their lineup, I just haven't looked.
  10. "To further complicate things, V-Series will have V badging but will not bear a torque figure. Why? In part because the number is too large. The CT6-V, for example, with the 4.2-liter twin-turbo Blackwing V-8 engine generates 550 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque or 850 Nm."
  11. Also, 271 ft-lb = 367 Nm. I think rounding up by that much is also ridiculous.. Everything else has forced induction, right? Oh I forgot about the N/A 6.2 in the 'Slade.
  12. This is stupid. Not quite as stupid as Audi's new naming scheme but it's pretty terrible. If they'd just ditch the n/a 3.6 they could stick to the old school displacement number.
  13. THE SUPERIOR PHONES! ..Triggered.. ? But, in all seriousness, that is absolutely correct. That's why I've loved my iPhones.
  14. Average Jane and Joe who don't give a crap about automobiles don't want complexity. They want it quick and simple.
  15. Wow, that's terrible, imo. Horrible way to integrate AWD. That was my only question, does it retain the setting for the next time the vehicle is started. If it does, I see zero issue with it. If it defaults to 2WD every time, I wouldn't like that.
  16. There are plenty out there now. Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, and Audi at the "reasonable" price range. Each of them have at least two that I can think of. Well, Audi only has one, SQ5. It isn't an RS but 349hp/379tq in a compact SUV is pretty dang stout.
  17. Sorry, like I said, it was looking at sales. http://www.goodcarbadcar.net/2019/01/small-and-midsize-luxury-car-sales-in-america-december-2018/
  18. ??‍♂️ I agree, anything over 50k is expensive for an automobile to me. I was just pointing out the 3.6 +AWD can be had at a "reasonable" price as well, not just the 2.0T. CT6 is classified as a mid-size sedan.. I don't know if they're wasteful on the interior volume or what but it gets classified with the CTS when I'm looking at sales ??‍♂️
  19. His says $99 Weekly. I had to do some small font reading because it didn't make sense to me. $99 a WEEK. It doesn't seem that special of a price.
  20. Hmmm.. I'm not a huge fan of it not saving the setting but it isn't the worst thing in the world. However, I think for most people buying these it should default to AWD.
  21. Having the option is nice but if it does not save the setting for the next start, that would drive me nuts.
