Ford Invests $500M in Rivian to Gain Platform Access
Hasn't Toyota towed a plane with their Tundra before? Like in 2013... Oh sorry it was a space shuttle weighing 292,000lbs. Up your game Tesla.

What kind of improvement in phone batteries will that bring? Could it take my one charge per day(overnight) to one charge per two days? That would be pretty amazing. Since I got my XR, I have only used my phone so much throughout a single day that I felt the need to charge it before bed once. It will easily last 24hrs before getting under 20%. I stretched it to 28hrs once to see about how long it'll go on a charge and I think that was around 5% battery remaining.

Google Maps Now Shows EV Charger Availability
That would be perfect and then when I get there I'd have to figure out a charging situation as well, which would likely be awkward. I just looked and it's 340 miles, my trip to visit my sister and brother. Also, isn't Electrify America the company formed by VW that is required to build charging stations from their emissions fck up?

Google Maps Now Shows EV Charger Availability
Like @Drew Dowdell has pointed out, I don't drive enough to even need to charge daily. I'd say a good 90% of my driving is trips under 10 miles round trip. I wouldn't need to charge out and about. It would cost more and wouldn't be necessary. My only issue is decreased winter range and visiting family 5.5 hours away. Yup. For the size of vehicle you're getting, they're priced way up there. Once they are comparably priced to their ICE siblings, things will change rapidly.

There are solid state batteries ready for the market? Who's using them first? What're they going in? After a smallish sedan, that size should have been next. I feel like there is no reason there shouldn't be more of those out already instead of funky styling and odd sizing in the Bolt.

DRIVEN: 2019 Chevrolet Silverado LT 2.7t four cylinder turbo Crew Cab Short Box 4-Wheel Drive All Star Edition
There it is. Somebody else gets it. The trucks have grown and to keep proportions looking right they have massive wheel wells which make the 17" wheels look smaller than they really are.

My mistake, the 4.3 is quicker than I thought. Well, it makes more power, torque, and gets better fuel economy and it's matched to a 10spd transmission instead of the old 6 spd.

Yeah, that seems like a pretty normal thing.

Fck, I'm glad I don't live in that state. I can't imagine how the rest of your laws are as well. I have never seen a VIN listed in an advertisement. Actually, I'd like to see one of these ads with a VIN on it advertising for only that specific vehicle. The very first Seattle Cadillac dealer link I clicked on, then clicked Cadillac, and the top vehicle is listed without an actual picture.

What would the suit be for? That's pretty ridiculous if somebody can win a lawsuit over that. The only way I see a lawsuit over that is if they're actually trying to sell them as AWD.

Hahaha That reminds me, I saw a local commercial and had to rewind it and pause it because it was a Ford commercial for a Ford ECHOSport. That's right. They typed EchoSport and not EcoSport. I'll see if I still have the picture on my phone.

That's a slippery slope right there though. The 2.7T isn't the base engine and if you option the 2.7T from Ford it blows the GM 2.7T out of the water.

Cadillac Fully Unveils The CT5 Sedan: Comments
Yes, they are all still riding on sporty vehicles. The Alpha platform is world class and is sporty as hell. All they have to do is use their fancy magnet dampers that can adjust from firm to floppy in fractions of a second, perfect. It is also the same underpinnings as the V Series. Same sedan. Yea, they change components on the sedan but the same sedan is being used. Is an FRS/BRZ no longer sporty because it's slower than those listed above? Is straight line acceleration the only requirement for a sporty car? They seem to think it's pretty sporty.

I had one for 2 days getting some evap system warranty work done on my MKC two weeks ago and it was pretty loaded. SES, AWD.. It was neat some of the features it had(which it should for being loaded) but everything about it just felt pretty cheap and chintzy. 2.0 engine had no balls, as expected and the steering feel was really weird. It just didn't feel right. It felt extremely artificial.
