ural electric bike Ural Electric Bike with Sidecar!
ccap41 replied to G. David Felt's topic in Motorcycles
This is very confusing to me: "A two-wheel-drive Gear Up runs $16,499" "And Ural fanatics may very well be disappointed that this EV is powered by a single wheel with no option for on-demand power from the sidecar wheel." -

For 15-20k I would never consider something like this. Triumph Street Triple For Less than 10k, 112hp, 54tq, 53mpg, it is fuel efficient enough for me. -
Absolutely true. Those 1.5 gallon fill-ups only take a couple minutes.

I don't know what the range of these are supposed to be but some of the riders are already content stopping every 50-90 miles with their itty bitty tanks.

Correct. That's why I also said this > They're such a great size. They're not too big. They're not small. I also love the look of them.

I have definitely seen Escalades and Navigators with car trailers at tracks. I would wager interior space is close to the top of the list. and 0-60 being a tenth or three is also low on the list. They're all quick enough to make passing a breeze.

Happy Birthday, @Drew Dowdell!

I think it is safe to say that once a car is running 13.0 (and it isn't some AWD w/ auto trans)or quicker it is almost all driver skill.

Per Lincoln's website: Navigator 4x2: 8700lbs Navigator 4x4: 8300lbs Navigator L 4x2: 8400lbs Navigator L 4x4 8100lbs Correct, the GLS63 per Mercedes' website is rated at 7500lbs.

The new Gator did it in 5.5 per C/D
-
Shocker, SMK doesn't think a vehicle will do well that isn't German or Mercedes.
-
The GLS is not in the same league as the 'Slade or 'Gator. I'd argue they are all doing "fine". They might not be leading sales in their respective segments but none of them are towards the bottom, as far as I know.

They've had the same transmission with issues since 2012. They should have made a more drastic fix to it. I definitely get the shutter but the warranty has been extended on the transmission to 100k because they know they built a POS.

Cadillac EV halo? It looks more like a mid-engined sports car by having a retractable top. I guess you wouldn't have a button on the fob to open the engine bay though.

The exterior is not very attractive to me. The inside looks really nice but if it were mine, I'd like a darker wood for the kitchen. Pretty much everything else looks really awesome though.
-
I still see white ones in recently remodeled and a couple friends of mine have either bought a home or painted theirs white. I'm a fan of a dark stain when it comes to wood. Don't paint wood.
-
I think white kitchens will age very poorly. It's a HUUUUGE fad right now but I don't think they will look good in 10-20 years.
-
I'm a huge fan of that look. That or silver with black trim/wheels.
-
Oh definitely, the GMC looks way better all around but there's one body configuration that looks pretty good in Silverado clothes.
-
It's weird because if somebody described that grille to me, I would think it would look great but it looks bad. Something about it looks super cheap and crappy. I think it needs painted black and not plastic black.
-
This looks good to me. This looks bad to me. The partial chrome/body color is, as expected from me, "Okay". It is a nice blend for those who still like chrome but they don't want an overwhelming and tacky looking amount. It's amazing how such small changes can make me like or dislike something. I mean it's the same vehicle with all the same lines and curves but when they're colored wrong, they make the whole thing look bad.

The 2019 Ram looks the best to me as well. I'm not a huge fan of the 2018 refresh of the Ford. Something about the grille just doesn't mesh as well for me. I like the more-blocky 2015-2017's. The 2019 Silverado only looks good with the body colored grille. The chrome looks really sh!tty to me.

Hmmm that is odd.
