    Completely disagree on how few people are badge snobs. I'd argue that most people are badge snobs, in general. Anybody making 50k can afford a German luxury car and that's why there are 3/C/4 sold. People buy Apple products for status, Coach/Michael Kors purses for status, Beats headphones for status... They're all overpriced for what they are but they're also all high quality products but not necessarily the best for the money.

    NO. FREAKING. WAY. They're going to give soccer moms all across the United States a SUV that's been 'Ring tested. That is going to be a got damn GAME CHANGER! I don't know how they're going to keep them stocked.

    I really like this car and 36k sounds fairly reasonable as well. Not the same size car to even rebadge.

    Doesn't Mercedes have 6cyl in most everything? Isn't the GLA and CLA the only two vehicles that don't have a V6 right now?

    Sounds like FCA heard Mercedes which heard BMW. Jabroni. It does make sense for all manufacturers to do this as I4's are super common so building an engine family off the most commonly produced engine makes sense. Tell Honda that a FWD chassis can't handle more than 275hp.

    That was in 2016 supposedly for a 2017 Hellcat Pacifica and that didn't happen..

    Yeah that's kind of how this was. I'm in the back office of a financial institute where we literally aren't even allowed to talk to clients in my department yet everybody had the same dress code, including IT, until they changed it.

    That is exactly how my current position is/was. When I first started it was the tie from Labor Day through Memorial Day except Fridays and then last year they canceled the tie unless we were meeting with people where business attire was required. I loved losing the tie. Perfect, imo.

    What engines would they be using in a mid-size truck? Obviously the 3.6 Pentastar if it ws produced today but do you think it would base with the 2.0T that's in the Wrangler?
