  1. Forza, yea, that's one of the better racing games but it is exclusive to Xbox. I am more interested in more simulator like realistic game. I heard iRacing is very close to real life physics but it is a PC game and I think my computer will need some upgrading to be able to play it. Plus it is a monthly membership game, so the cost adds up and it is not cheap.
  2. I actually meant in regards to which racing games
  3. Does any of you play any racing video games/simulators? Which ones? I understand that most of the posters here are old f@rts (not that I am young myself to be honest), but I was wondering if any of you play. Just recently got for my son's birthday Playstation 4 and was considering getting a wheel and pedal setup to play Project Cars 2.
  4. G70 just started to get to dealers At the moment I can't even find any for sale around me
  5. Overall Mazda is doing ok: https://www.automotiveworld.com/news-releases/global-sales-mazda-posts-third-straight-record-year/ "Global sales: Mazda posts third-straight record year. Mazda Motor Corporation established a new best mark for global vehicle turnover during the 2017-18 fiscal year that ended on 31 March. With 1,631,000 units sold, up 5% or 72,000 from the previous year, the Japanese carmaker set its third-consecutive record while also recording its fifth year of uninterrupted growth"
  6. I like it, I think looks definitely improved over the previous generation. Maybe being instantly recognizable as 3-series bimmer is not a bad thing.
  7. Land Cruiser is not based on Tundra and Tundra is not based on Land Cruiser. Sequoia is based on Tundra. They do share V8 but if I am not mistaken Land Cruiser's engine is upgraded for better reliability. I actually love the Land Cruiser, it feels like and probably will be able in reality to go around the globe two times easily without breaking a sweat. Not having electrical problems after 20k miles like MB.
  8. To each it is own. To me personally it looks that the proportions are off, something looks wrong to me the way the lights are positioned and the way overhangs to wheels proportioned. Also it looks like a most generic car anybody could draw, no personality what so ever. And I saw few in person and they look even worse in person than in pictures. But that's my personal opinion.
  9. Agreed. From what I have been reading most of the people use public transportation day to day anyway and space and size is in premium. Even in Europe, which I assume might be slightly better for space than Japan can't really use anything that is sold in US except maybe Jeep Renegade, which pretty much was designed for Europe and actually quite popular there,
  10. Performance alone matters when you earn money by going fast. Since most car enthusiast are not professional racing drivers, exterior looks, interior feel and livability matters. I am not a fanboy of a single brand and with open mind wanted to like and maybe purchase a Camaro because it is a better performance car, but I don't really like the looks and I really hated the inside which sealed it for me. It would be a second car for me so I don't care about trunk or the backseat. The FACT is that it seems majority of people who in the market for these cars seems to have similar opinions.
  11. Makes sense. The only good news is that there will be more used cars as more and more people lease instead of buying, Still, all the prices are going up.
  12. I agree, a lot of people are very badge snobs one way or another.
  13. It could have been very nice review, but you made up your mind on all of the cars even before you even sat in them, so it is pretty much worthless. Not that I don't disagree on some of the points.
  14. @smk4565 Just for fun from the latest Car and Driver Lightning lap: 2018 Audi RS5 ($91k, 444hp) - 3:03.9 2017 Audi RS3 ($61.7k, 400hp) - 3:05.6 2018 Honda Civic Type R ( $35.6k, 306hp) - 3:03.9 Boy, did these German cars showed Asians how to do things ... Horsepower doesn't equal being fast either.
  15. It is on the same platform but it is shorter and probably slightly lighter. I believe they share engines as well. Plus I think it looks better than Stinger and have better interior.
  16. I love it. If I was looking for another sport sedan to replace mine I think this would be one of my top choices. To me it looks much better inside and out than the Kia Stinger as well. You must be joking ..
  17. https://www.caranddriver.com/features/lightning-lap-2018 2018 Ford Mustang GT (performance pack 2) ($45k) – 2:53.8 2018 BMW M5 ($115k) – 2:55.2 2018 Porsche Cayman GTS ($93k) – 2:56.7
  18. Disagree, I think leasing is the least efficient financially. Buying new is fine as long as you keep your cars for a long time.
  19. If the prices on new cars will go up significantly, than the used cars will go up as well, simply because more people will start considering used instead of new. And I was hoping to replace my wife's car next year
  20. Can VW make vehicles looking more dull and generic? It is like they are trying to be as ugly and as generic looking as possible.
  21. According to inflation calculator $8690 in today's money will be $19277 Considering base MSRP for Ecoboost Mustang is about $26k prices definitely went up, but I guess much more technology goes into modern cars.
  22. I maybe was not clear, I dislike the exterior of the Camaro but I really hated the interior, not even close to Mustang's interior. Visibility is horrendous, claustrophobic feeling, just didn't feel right from the first moment. Didn't like how interior looks as well.
