Of course a Charger SRT8 is going to be $20,000 more than those other cars. I would expect it to be because it is a better car in base form, let alone the top-of-the-line model. That would be like saying the Impala SS is rediculous after looking at the Aveo, Cobalt or Malibu.

The rebates appear to be small and, hopefully, limited. Anything under $2,000 (max) is fine for a very limited time with normal rebates in the $500-1000 range.

DCX doesn't have that many choices, either.

I would take either.

Midsize: RWD sedan and coupe; SE (turbo I4), GT (V6), GXP (turbo V6 or natural V8); Beta (will a V8 fit in Beta?) Large: RWD sedan; SE (V6), GT (V6 with optional V8), GXP (V8); Zeta Crossover: AWD only; SE (V6), GT (V6 with optional V8); Vue/Equinox platform (currently forgetting the name) Sport: Solstice at current price point; GTO (with suicide doors); GT (V8), GXP (turbo V8); Zeta Edit: Above all, everything has to look good both inside and out, and have quality interiors, not to mention being fun to drive. If anything, be fun to drive.

I love the refined yet masculine look on the GMT900s.

The HHR is an awesome car, nice choice.

Alright, I see where you are coming from. To me, this is one of the instances where GM's many brands/cars seem like overkill.

I thought it was an extended cab with a sunroof, also. Adjustable bed tie downs? What copiers! :AH-HA_wink:

Throwing a huge engine in an average car does not make it great, no matter what price. Comparing V6 to V6, the Impala is outclassed by a car it does not compete with.

CO-OP IS AMAZING (though I have not been on it, yet; come September I will, though). It is a great way to gain experience in your field and beautify your resume. Awesome choice of a co-op school and school overall.

Since these questions have been answered already, I will just add my two sense. Think very hard and very long about joining a frat. Some are nice, most are not. If you have to be reduced to nothing (aka. hazing) in order to join a group of "special people," it is NOT worth it. I am a kind of "people will like me for me and if they don't, oh well"-type person. I would rather get ahead by my skills and abilities instead of being Greek. Edit: I have always thought of frat guys to be of the curious type, if you will.

Why else would Toyota continue to make the Camry with a manual? To lower the base MSRP and give that option to the people who want it. Also, it is a good business practice. The majority of Camry buyers purchase the car with an automatic so why not raise the price a little bit? If buyers do not notice it, it is on them.
