  1. I guess that forum was already created - GM Source.
  2. How much have the parts fetched you so far? Are you getting back any money?
  3. I saw first SL-65 AMG today, with Brabus edition wheels. Nice car.
  4. When do I get to drive it?
  5. Yes, the non Panel HHR and Cobalt SS coupe have generally been well received. However, I read on one of the magazines too that all SS's except Camaro were going to be euthanized.
  6. . I did not know DVD player had a gun attached in its head.
  7. M might have called Mr. Bond so he forgot that important detail. See, Rob himself said what thread he hit. Let us wait and see if the problem persists.
  8. But that shouldn't be public anyways? Wonder what happened?
  9. DF I think he hit the thread for C&G top stories rather than actual article itself.
  10. A black 1970's Toyota E30 Corolla racing car.
  11. Great Sir. I was trying to fix it myself, but accidentally went on to almost deleting my account. The forum CP is more myriad than other forum I admined, which is a good thing.
  12. That was a good win. I was rooting for those puppies all the way. I wished GM could put a car in the LMP1 with the modified Duramax Diesel and give a tough fight for the Europeans.
  13. I do not see the option besides others. I may not be a geek, but not computer illiterate.
  14. I still cannot post videos .
  15. The only beef I have is that this CUV will be the fourth TE and two under one dealership in the so called renaissance GM. I know it is a Voltech but people's perception will still go to badge engineering.
  16. BMW's main theme was simplicity. The cars never had luxury orientation like the Mercs or beauty like the Audis. They were simple, fun to drive and maintain machines. Ever since Bangle came the design and philosophy has lost that central theme. And about 15 years ago were actually cheaper than the other two. BMW's have become so expensive and frankly I think they are not worth it. The twin turbos are great in the 335i/135i, and I lust that powertrain. Unfortunately there is nothing else I can say about the E9x or the E8x. I wished BMW offered performance parts like GM did where you can actually get the engine and put it in any vehicles you liked. That would have been one great project for my 330i.
  17. That has been the plan for Buick all way long, even in the Detroit Auto Show Press Release it was mentioned that AWD will be only available with 3.0L, not the 3.6L.
  18. E36 M3 is one of the best cars ever made which does not have nonsensical technology to give the mojo. Sure the new V8 powered M3 is svelte, but it does not have the "driver must work to get the satisfaction" feel to it. I think the last car standing for the BMW was the E46, the rest now are anonymous.
  19. Tiny
  20. You can drive for 6 months before I take over.
  21. GM needs a good diesel family for the US really bad. A trio of 4, 6 and 8 cylinders for application in all types of vehicles would be a good starting point.
  22. Roger that.
  23. Hopefully this will force NASCAR to change the attitude and push changes to make the sport better and less commercialized. Or Toyota may always pump in.
  24. While it is part of the program, the underlying reason was to generate a boost to automotive sector similar to what Europe did 6 months ago. The main problem I see is what if a poor person who is stuck with a 1995 Corolla that is breaking down in any possible direction wants to buy a new vehicle? Is it not a clunker? What if a person has a is driving broken down oval eyed Taurus and wants to upgrade to a more fuel efficient vehicle? Those people were covered in the original plan, it seems not anymore. They wanted to actually get rid of the used cars and not create any used car market.
