  1. Blu, you have an uncanny sense of humor. BTW title should be, Would you take candy of Dale Jr?
  2. GM has some breaking news at Geneva.
  3. The 9-3 is on small wheel base Epsilon. The loaded 9-3 with V-6 weighs 3570lbs. The AWD 9-3 is 3700+ lbs.
  4. 9-3 has gained some girth since the MCE.
  5. Party time NOS, you are paying my way this weekend.
  6. Would anyone have imagined gas would be $1/ gallon in late 1990's and early 2000's after 1980's fuel crisis? Not just economics, the other thing is what if there is an invention by which hydrogen becomes suddenly a viable alternative? Do you think Sheikhs and oil cos. will let their dominance let go? They can easily drop the price to $1/ gallon to thrash out the competition. The point of my remark was that if there is a change in the world energy scenario where the gas prices fall, wonder CAFE will hold its breath.
  7. With the current trend of gaining girth, the current EP Malibu weighs about 3600lb, expect the EPII to weight 3800-3900 since it is being developed by Germans. That makes the difference between the FWD and RWD only 200lbs. And so much for BS of FWD better than RWD. I honestly believe all these theories will shatter once the gas comes rolling down to $2/gallon with slumping economies.
  8. Good chops by both NOS and DF. Baba Wawa needs some tampons.
  9. The lease is cheap because TSX is one of the least depreciating car in the market.

    Iowans...

I will disagree. No one drives worse than a Florida driver or drivers in Florida except me or may be Flybrian and other C&Gers from FL. . It seems like FL is the melting pot of all the bad drivers from Midwest, Northeast, Canada, Europe (yeah tourists), Cuba, Peurto Rico, Mexico, Venezuela, Peru and now the west (seeing bunch of CA and AZ plates lately.) You can see the courtesy factor in a driver, change significantly as you drive further south on I95. Jax drivers feel angels compared to Miami.
  11. It has two binkies in the front in case a child needs some ninny. Cool deal
  12. 3 er and 5 er still do.
  13. Linkity I think it is proprietary Car and Driver info, that is why I did not post pictures, if mods think it is fine, I think I will add them.
  14. I honestly hope Griffon and ZL-1 make it from where they are .
  15. MICHAEL LEARNS TO ROCK ONE WAY STREET
  16. :useless: of Y_D's mom so that I can see her personality and give my suggestion.
  17. Which makes me thing the eight speed might be developed by both GM and BMW at the same time. Didn't GM issue name for "Eight" last fall? Pontiac poor man's BMW. At least we know the application won't be FWD to appease CPF.
  18. What would the BMW humper in our community say about this news? The cooperation between BMW and GM runs deeper than what is perceived. I think it is a powerhouse news. Get some of the manual trannies here.
  19. Umm let us see. Plug In Money <--- Big Company <--- Increased Gas Prices <--- Common People Pay Yeah good economics Lawyers (Liars).
  20. Good chop Boston. I like it. Pontiac resustication can really begin. I have not seen a dulcolax inflicted depressing post yet for this vehicle.
  21. Sacrifice from esteemed members like you will keep this community close knit and special. You should probably walk there to be the Flag Bearer of and send the message. And don't come naked!!
  22. Greenies are already claiming that this is due to global warming that we are seeing extreme weather conditions and that human activities are changing the pattern of the earth atmosphere. The truth is given the age of the earth and its atmospheric condition, given human data capturing capability and given biased tendency of human nature, we may never know the reality.
