  2. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
  3. "King of A Drag" The Buckinghams.
  4. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Oh Geez, excuse me, it was CXL trim. Whatever it was, it was loaded, and thank you for correcting me on that little fact. I sit corrected.
  5. Got pulled over by a Charger PI today in the Vette. Oops. Thankfully, just got a warning.
  6. I am in the same boat as ocn and FOG. I wish you lots of luck in this debt free movement. I'll try to get there someday too. Not going to happen anytime soon since I want to order a G8 GT in February. Bring on the credit apps!

  8. Have a happy and safe I.D. 4 everyone.
  9. I think there's a place for the TB/Envoy. They do offer a more maneuverable package than the Yukon and can still tow a substantial amount. The Lambdas are much larger than the TB/Envoy and not everyone wants a gigantic SUV. If GM wants my opinion, I say keep em around and update them regularly.
  10. I chose other because the best pizza that I have ever eaten is a Chicago style stuffed pizza from a place called Giordanos in the Chicago area. www.giordanos.com They are the best, and they can ship it to you anywhere as well!
  11. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I am also sure that the base price was lowered a bit without the A/C so that models equipped with A/C would be competitive with other cars in the market. I think this car is going to do extremely well. I think this is what my daughter is going to get when she begins driving.
  12. Dang, poncho man stole my answer.
  13. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What really shocks me is why would someone troll around at competing automaker message boards when they should be spending their time doing something constructive on a Honda sight.
  14. The American's are a "wasted society"? Did he just say that? That sounds like a pretty ignorant comment to me, especially from someone who is supposed to be above that kind of stuff. This guy has no credibility at all.
  15. I'm a little late to the party. I want to wish all the Dad's here a Happy Father's Day. You all had sex, and it worked, so congratulations on your successful sperm! I spent Father's Day with my kids hiking in the mountains. It was a great day. I hope everyone else had a great day as well.
  16. I saw my first Enclave in a grocery store parking lot. It was a white CXS with chrome wheels. It was a very nice looking vehicle. The lady getting out of it was in her late 30's early 40's, appeared to be quite classy and stylish in her dress, and smiled as I walked past her. I thought it was good to see someone under 50 driving a Buick.
  17. Cumberford has something bad to say about all designs. It's just how he is. He can find fault in the most beautiful cars out there. Personally, I dont think it would be wise for GM to do a daring design on a mid-size sedan. <cough> <cough Sebring.
  18. If this engine has a 6 speed auto or 6 speed manual, and gets over 25 mpg, then I am definitely in when the purchase for my next truck comes around.
  19. Oh man! This is great news. I can't wait to drive a half tonner with this oil burner under the hood!
  20. Too bad the Tigra is dead. That is a beautiful little roadster. The Corsa needs to be here for the 2008-2009 model year, and not the 2010-2011 model year. By then, most every automaker will have a B-segment car. I also think that there should be an entire line of Corsa of 3-door, 5-door, and even a sweet little convertible like that Tigra. That would rock!
  21. I see alot of people belly achin that the styling is too ho-hum, and then there's those caught back in the old school about how they miss the losers of the past, but the G8 has styling that is restrained with some aggressiveness. I like it. The don't think its overly boxy at all. I think it has an aggressive stance I prefer it to the Charger because to me the G8 has a higher quality look to it. It appears better put together both inside and out. While I like the Charger, and respect the Hemi under the hood, it reminds me of a bald guy standing outside his "modular home" (P.C. alert!) in a dirty wife beater and stained boxer shorts on a beer bellied bald guy. The G8, despite it stupid name (Gate, anyone?) appears like it would look right at home in a swanky subdivision on the right side of the tracks.
  22. Someone has seen the new 09 Murano and he isn't telling us.
