  1. Not my cup of tea either. I think they would have to be stoned to do this. However, Germans gettingvstoned could explain quite a few BMW products.
  2. This would help the economy as well. I would be all for this! Like that clown Bundy out west? He is as much of a welfare queen as any inner city mother.....ugh....stopping now before this gets closed.
  3. Sweet! Even with the good guys nationals in Columbus and multiple car shows, I bet its been five years since I have seen a Nomad!
  4. You have my sympathy. One of my old racing friends has an incurable form o skin cancer, that stuff is nasty to deal with. Oh, and BTW, thanks also for the excellent review of the Escalade.
  5. Neat! I love the impala, fantastic to see gm going this!
  6. GM is not going to screw the pooch on the next gen of midwize trucks. They are on a roll, thankfully!
  7. Amazing how far gm and Ford have come in terms of fit and finish. You are right, BMW and Lexus do not build vehicles of quite this quality. A diesel in this thing would just be the cats ass, I think.
  8. The way to sell electric cars is not by selling them as Eco friendly. Sell them based on the advantages they possess to the motoring public. Tesla is talking about bringing out a family car at about 40 k in a few years....methinks that might be the end of my driving internal combustion cars.
  9. Sonic is awesome. And as far as eighties turbo cars go...Buick grand national. Noon on them all day and night and then drive them to California the next day. GNX is still one of the best muscle cars ever made, thirty years after the fact.
  10. I talked with the owner of an Aston martin in front of the Rusty Bucket tavern in Bexley the other day.
  11. BMW needs a family brand above mini and below BMW. Which again is a tough market to break into.
  12. Buick makes some great cars. The verano should sell more than it does....
  13. Again, had Chrysler decided to build something like a diesel Dakota, that would have solved a lot of problems.
  14. The Taco for what it is does feel cheap.
  15. I would much rather have a C class. I kind of agree with you over caddy cruiser here.
  16. Thanks for the article!
  17. One nice thing about the frontier is that with such a long production run, they really have all of the kinks ironed out of this thing.
  18. I stand corrected...thank you for reminding me of something I should have thought of.
  19. Impala is still stunning for what it is. I always did like that body style. Almost enough to get me back into vintage cars. I like odd ducks like this one. Encore would be a nice choice. 62 olds was fantastic.
  20. In some ways true...look at how Hummer declined and failed.
  21. Probably not. Methinks GM and Toyota will own this segment for the foreseeable future. Too had, asba funky Dakota could entice me back into American Iron.
  22. Pretty much this. I am glad that I am not the only one who feels Acura has lost its mojo.... The accord sport at 22k is a decent car, available 6mt, and actually better looking than the Acura.
  23. I would like to see this come to pass. As much as I hate to admit it, I actually like Audi even better than Cadillac right now.
  24. I will have to check it out. I hope it's good, Chrysler needs another winner.
  25. Texas will want them, for sure...
