  1. Perhaps. But they are such a bottom feeder right now it is difficult to see them pulling themselves up to a relevant full line car maker.
  2. R8 and TT sell in tiny numbers but are cool, A3 looks like a promising product.
  3. Santa Fe is doing well, though.
  4. Again, moving target. Look at that Malibu and impala. Impala is class leading, Malibu is so so. Chevrolet needs a much better car to compete with the fusion, chryco once again is wildly behind the curve. The 200 is a confusing car. It feels more premium than others in its price class, but it is also much smaller. It is kind of like the Regal in that regard but with a lower base price. I could see the 200 Appealing to certain buyers. I have a friend who has one and loves it. Still, given the choice of a 200 and many of its competitors, I do not see how the overall package deal is optimal for most buyers.
  5. I find this site much more useful than the other sites. It is influencing my next car choice....
  6. Been quite awhile since I have seen a 56 Nomad...!
  7. I love that era of hawk. I have seen a bunch of Teslas here in Columbus Ohio. This is so over the top I actually like it.
  8. Keep up the good work.
  9. I agree with riviera...of anyone, I think BMW will have the most trouble.
  10. This is brilliant! Coal comes with other enormous costs environmentally As well. ...and even the Chinese see the sense in getting off of this stuff.
  11. Absolutely priceless. You wonder how much the depends adds in actual extra padding to the seat of a VWBeetleTDI.
  12. Leaf is selling very well around here, one of the things Nissan actually got right!
  13. Chevy will not build the r130, Nissan will build this sports car....you loose one hundred percent of the battles you choose not to fight. But that's fine...I would rather see GM improve the bland Malibu than make a low volume sports car. Pretty much this!
  14. Yes, I know, ancient thread. Interesting how the latest ISF takes it to BMW. Lexus is finally becoming a more serious player from a style and content viewpoint 8 years later.
  15. Go to southern Ohio and stand in a grocery store after food stamps come out. Check out some of the hideous women with children. I would hit that..and I would buy a versa/XD...are not that far apart. Destroying the human and automotive gene pool both happen with frightening regularity. Epic fail does not even begin to cover it... The only Fiesta I would buy is the ST.
  16. Exactly. This is actually like asking which of two dolly Polly batfaced girls is ready for the next Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue. Bingo! I actually love the 2.0 turbo in VW products for this reason. Actually I find sonic, fiesta, and golf to all be fantastic. You are quite honestly being too kind. If you want to punish yourself even more though, Mitsubishi can help with their latest entry.
  17. Reading this makes me angry, but not at you. Why are Asian car makers given a pass on this, while American and European carmakers are savaged when they get it wrong? Toyota pretty much made chryco look wildly competent with these.
  18. The viper is well executed, wish that it sold better. Methinks a lot of people in that price bracket want the prestige of a European or Asian brand.
