  1. Oh, and a little G6 love from Ohio to you out east: Like I said, I love it as a convertible. Chris
  2. I;m in lust...big block 4 speed rust free GMC 3 quarter ton 4wd truck. Feel better, Roger?
  3. Bottom corner of the bed
  4. Oh and this is the bottom corner of the bed, look at how nice this truck really is.
  5. I don't hate the G6, I actually like it as a convertible. Some pics as an apology, sorry if I ticked you off.
  6. That bu looks good in white, IMHO. Chris
  7. After Cubical and blu talked about early 70's Buicks and Pontiacs, this showed up a few blocks from work: Note the strange bike mounting point on the decklid
  8. I think you'll wind up with a Bu, which is great, it is a fine car. Chris
  9. And glad she liked the Mustang converts... Chris
  10. Take it as preference and not a put down. Chris
  11. Mary Ellen
  12. Glad he is okay..wow! Chris
  13. I like it...can't wait for pics! Chris
  14. To beat a dead horse to death... The thing that would make me buy a colorado or a canyon would be a small diesel. Love the way the truck looks as a 4WD. Chris
  15. Scratch the Astin Martin and put in a 58 Chevy Cameo truck and you've got the right idea for me. Satty is just yanking people's chains. I think if I had 300 million in my auto museeum I would have an apprenticeship program so the next geneation of people cold learn to preserve old cars. Find ten young guys who really wanted to learn and take ten years and make them master craftsmen. Chris
  16. The G6 is a cool car, I just like the Malibu better. IIRC in several threads I believe I've said that I'd consider a G6 Hardtop Convertible as a family convertible, since we like convertibles. But methinks balthazar needs to think Challenger. Chris
  17. Even with 300 million, I don't want to go ape$h!. Like I said, Goodwood, Bonneville, Road Atlanta, lots of events to watch. A MINI Cooper S, and a vintage truck. Let me autocross on Sunday, and I am good, even with 300 million. But I would open an auto museum to preserve our automotive heritage. The AMA has a national motorcycle museeum here in Columbus, Ohio. The air Force has a world class museum for airplanes in Dayton. I think a really kick ass world class display of our automotive hertage would be where I would spend my Dollars. With a kick ass endowment so it was self funding and very low cost to visit, or maybe even free to visit. Chris
  18. I saw a blue Allante today. NICE! Chris
  19. Springfield Ohio
  20. Actually this is helping me. I've resolved to get back in touch with a girl from High School and never done it. Sounds like I need to. Chris
  21. He's just flat out right on this balthazar. The Malibu just owns the ass of everything else on the market. It's enough to make ME buy a normal car. Chris
  22. Okay, I have a Mustang handle and I'm on a GM forum...but let me corrupt you some more. I agree with DF. Challenger has a much better back seat. Plus what the auto rags won't tell you...it is a much better car out on the interstate tan the Camaro or Mustang, neither of which are bad...but the Challenger will be a better road car. Plus, the Challenger will be more real world wife friendly. You'll not enjoy the tight back seat of the Mustang after the novelty wears off, and one of the Camaro's few downsides is visibility. The Challenger just strikes me as more wife friendly. Chris
  23. ...all right, I'll shut up. But your F-150 called and said 2LT in Red with an Automatic for a Camaro. And your older son wants Slipknot, linken park, Green Day, Korn, and then Tool, in that order for your first father-son cruise. Just don't forget to open the sunroof in the Camaro when you get beyond the city lights. A star filled sky and a Camaro is pure majic. Chris
  24. You and Camino have Ruined me. I'm starting to love the new Challenger. But I like B5 blue better than the dark blue. Chris
