    Who would have thought in a million years the Chrysler Sebring would inspire ANYONE to copy its front end? Those headlights make me think immediately of the maligned Chrysler sedan.

    Wow, the Jeep purists were pissed when they went to IFS, now this GC has NO live axles left? Is it really 4-wheel independent? What is this world coming to? True Jeepers only have the Wrangler to choose from. I saw a Compass in a parking lot with an "If You Can Read This, Flip Me Over" sticker on the back window... I got the urge to get a crew together and flip the POS, just for the hell of it, so the text would be right-side up. Now, honestly, this is a good looking vehicle, the interior is MUCH improved over the chintzy current model.

    Well, because of my dear little brother's mother-in-law, he will be spending Easter Sunday in Wilmington, DE. To accommodate that fact, my dad is having Easter dinner on Saturday... but I will be in Maryland that day, with plans made at least a month ago. So no Easter dinner for me this year. I've had Easter dinner at Dad's, and before that at my paternal grandmother's house, since I can remember. So I'm particularly bummed this year. I wish everyone a Happy Easter, though.

    I like the interior, with those seemingly universal center vents that amount to wings off the center stack, like GM's new universal interior treatment. The exterior has permanently been placed in my mind as too much of a twin to the Journey, in the greenhouse and tail treatment. All that technology: is it what Jeep buyers want? Or are they trying to court the non-Jeep crowd? It will be an expensive vehicle, no doubt. I just don't see this thread going for 9 pages as the Terrain thread has done.

    I've debated about getting those for myself..I wonder how pricey they are? Well davey, the bath tub came with the house, so I'm not sure how pricey it was.

    Teh, you bring back fond memories of my '83 S-10. My dad, brother and I were just talking about that old truck last week. Ohhh... now I see where you were going with the thread title (need to vent?) Good luck w/those dash vents.

    The small green Chevy goes to the touchless wash once a week. The GM Accessory winter mats I got for Xmas have been great, just dump off the loose stuff, stick it in the bath tub, spray some cleaner on it and turn the shower on. Also I got one of those washable dusting mitts for the dash, etc.
