I honestly think the Aura Greenline and Malibu Hybrid are pointless. It's like just so GM can say they have hybrids on the road. The fuel economy increase is just so marginal to what the actual rating is for the non-hybrid, I wouldn't even bother. I do wonder however if the 6-speed auto will help the hybrid when it comes out. I doubt it'd be significant, but even 1 mpg will help.

Bump. Spring is a month away, and still no word on the pricing of a 4-cylinder LTZ? Anyone know anything about this?

Yes, but you said the word "if" twice. What if GM's redesign doesn't capture the public's eye like the current Malibu does? I'm not saying they're doomed, but there is always that potential.

I agree--only because it seems so odd that a vehicle that's praised so much would be redesigned so soon! I know the EpII is coming in about 3 years--I just hate to see it lose it's current glow.

I know this is random, and I know people will argue with me, but that gauge cluster has GOT to go.

Let's hope we don't see them on the dealer's lots.

I'll add that I'm the only man in the group of women... my team is called (and this is the embarrassing part), PMS. Pretty Marvelous Spirit. I like it actually--and the grille isn't as offensive as the other it is on other new Acuras. I'm anxious to see what the interior looks like because I tend to love Acura interiors.
