    CRASH!

    Sorry to hear ocn!
  2. You make a good point. I bet the CXS really doesn't bode well for fleet--they probably only get CX orders with a few CXLs thrown in.
  3. I'll be up there soon :AH-HA_wink: Now, don't get me wrong... I don't "dislike" the 3800... I just feel it's not competitive anymore. And I want what's best for the brand, and I would hope others would too. I'm kind-of depressed about this, because I was hoping the 3.6L would have become standard on the Lucerne and LaCrosse... since Buick wants to go premium, putting in a DOHC engine with a higher output would have made sense to me. I would even have accepted them keeping the 3800 around for the CX trims, but anything higher I would have liked to have seen the 3.6L
  4. I'd give up on asking that question, because the answer seems to change every year. Wasn't it supposed to stop for the 2007 model year? Then the 2008 model year? I think this is the year it'll end and 2009 everything will change, but guess what? I wouldn't be surprised if we had a bunch of 3800's showing up in 2010 Lucernes as they try to drain the stock.
  5. Yup.And this is just stupid. The 3.6L should be made standard for the CX/CXL, and then keep the Super trim or rename it CXS (since having one vehicle for the "super" trim by itself (since the Lucerne Super is nowhere to be found) to me is just lame). It's a shame... because I was saying my next car is either a LaCrosse CXS or Lucerne CXL, or a Malibu LTZ.
  6. Happy Birthday!
  7. I can't stand it. She's SUCH a FREAKIN' moron. I can't believe she's doing this. Actually, I can.
  8. They really couldn't do anything more with the gauges other than italicize and bold-face the print? For that they have to say "Super" gauges? And it has the word in silver. Yay. They couldn't illuminate it a little at night? Sorry, they could have revised the interior a little more for the MCE and Super. The outside looks good... still think the grille is a bit too big though, but a vast improvement over the oval.
  9. Paul's a great name.
  10. LOVE IT! LOVE THE INTERIOR!
  11. Well...1) I don't like gay bars... I don't go to them. 2) Levittown is 45 minutes West of me. Manhattan is 1.5 hours West of me and requires a lot more money.
  12. Actually, there's a club in a town called Levittown out here that "turn's gay" on Wednesday nights. :AH-HA_wink:
  13. Welcome to America Toyota!
  14. Well, you won't have people fighting over who gets the piece with the flower on it :AH-HA_wink:
  15. Okay, Doane, that might be a bit much :AH-HA_wink: HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLDSMOBOI!
  16. That's f@#king cool!
  17. Uh, I will make it a point to eat as many beans and heads of broccoli I can so when I'm doing this 16 mile per day walk, I assure you, although vehicular emissions will be down, other emissions will be on the rise :AH-HA_wink:
  18. That's it, I'm running for candidacy: I declare 60 MPG by 2020. I can do it, vote for me.
  19. You have it backwards. We set the clocks back. So, when it's 5:30, it'll really be 6:30. It's Spring you hate.

    P.I.T.A.

You got a job BV? Congrats--tell me about it.
  21. So Toyota is going to break Subaru now?
  22. I just don't get it. Seriously. They just need to list all the crap that's happened to them in the past 2-3 years, and broadcast it on tv. Someone do it... get one of those public access channels LOL
  23. What's with the new fad (Camry, Accord and now Corolla) of stretching the tail lamps and headlights around the side and halfway down the quarter panels? It's ugly as sin.
  24. The gauges are simple, but at least electroluminescent, so it gives them a more upscale appearance when lit.As for the 4-speed auto, most cars in this class have that. A 5-speed auto is available on the Corolla XRS.
  25. And another thing... even though this monstrosity will sell, the Mazda3 owns this race in terms of style. I don't think anyone comes close. We need a new Cobalt... although I like the current one, I'm confident GM can turn out a stunner that will knock the Corolla on its ass. Civic will always have a huge following... there are just so many ways to rice it out.
