  1. A google turned up this one for sale for $9999.
  2. I've seen a Ciera convertible in Florida years ago, bright red w/ white interior...and IIRC, there was one on TV in the mid '80s..maybe the woman in A-Team drove one or something.. I remember one.
  3. 107 and sunny here. As is every day. Will it ever end? This is September. I don't know how long I can stay in AZ. Another 6 months or so.
  4. It will be interesting to see the volume in a couple of years... I've read a diesel is coming next year for the 3 and the 4 cyl versions of the 1 and 3 likely are coming also with the next 24 months...
  5. 84 LeSabre--25k miles! Even got the Rusty Jones goin' on. Wot a clean B-body.
  6. Never tried it..I wonder if it like MS Flight Simulator but with trains. I've used Flight Simulator years ago...it was a lot of fun. I wonder if you can do anything out of the norm like derailments, hitting vehicles at crossings, etc..
  7. Bolingbrook
  8. I've read VW wants to develop and build in the US a cheaper midsize sedan for the US than the Passat...maybe they can take the Sebring and work it over in similar fashion to create a VW sedan with a wind name...
  9. The thing that would freak me out would be trying to pass on a two lane road...sitting on the wrong side of the car, it would be hard to do w/o a spotter. I'm sure I could I figure out the shifting..at least the pedal arrangement isn't reversed also..
  10. Apparently, it's the Kia 'VG'..FWD..there are 3 articles on this site, if you scroll down, the greenhouse of the disguised car in this thread is the same.. Kia VG articles on Car Blorgger
  11. I doubt if they had anything to do with it..
  12. I've seen a few RHD XJ Cherokees in Colorado.... they are pretty cool. Driving a RHD vehicle in the US seems like it would be challenging, though.
  13. +1
  14. They still have LLVs around here in Phoenix.... in my 'hood in Denver they have Ford Windstars. In rural Ohio, my Mom's mail carrier drives a RHD '90s Subaru Legacy wagon..
  15. With McCain, it will be all war, all the time, I think.... the Republicans need continuous war, to keep their masters (Halliburton and other military-industrial complex companies) profitable. Peace doesn't pay.
  16. Yes, it's going to be FWD rental cars all the time in the GM's future, it looks like...the last 25 years repeats itself..
  17. inert
  18. It does look like it could be good..I usually like Christian Slater..
  19. That's a funny one.. this a great one..needs a caption. how about "You had me at hello"
  20. I saw a silver Challenger SRT8 on the rotating dais at the local Dodge store...sweet. First one I've seen outside of an auto show. I saw a sharp silver blue w/ white top mid '60s Corvette conv and a clean white 1976-77 4dr Dodge Aspen..haven't seen one of those in eons.
  21. The funny thing in my family is that my sister and I have always voted Democrat, my Mom and brother are hard core Republicans, and my late father often voted either way, depending on the candidates....
  22. Looks like there is going to be some product placement on NBC...cool.
  23. I saw this pic on the USAToday website about the fall TV season..some new show w/ Christian Slater...is that a 2010 Camaro interior? I think it is...
  24. Not me... those things don't mean anything to me... I'd rather be in suburbia driving my SUV to Starbucks and Target.. Anyway, from my POV a vote for the Repubs is a vote for the same old, same old..the status quo, or in the terminology of the 60s, the 'Establishment' and the 'squares'. I'm more interested in the future, and moving forward, not dwelling on the past. I'm an idealist and progressive. Being in the tech industry, I have to keep looking forward... the Democrats present a more progressive forward vision, IMHO, and thus, I will vote for them.
  25. Another state had a similar recall in recent years that started with the prefix "FAT"...
