BV your problem might be that to do the work (mainly to drive the cars around) you have to be 18, that is unless the employer wants to pay under the table, which isn't a good idea when you're talking about having someone drive a car on a public street, no matter how far, to the gas station and back. Any sort of accident and the dealership is f'd in the a so to speak. I interviewed twice to be a lot porter at a VW dealership a couple years ago, the guy was going to offer me the job (pretty sure I'm the only applicant who passed the drug test) and told me I'd be working from 6am until 3pm Fri, Sat, Mon,Tue and Wed, which wasn't worth it, since I'd only be making like $6.50/hr to get up really early.

How about a Camao? You were complaining about being short in another thread, its been proven that owning a Camaro makes you six inches taller, as well as eight inches longer. Plus you would be able to pull up next to seventy year old women in Civic with tinted windows, slam the gas, do a burnout and take off like a freaking rocket then brag about how you beat a ricer in a race. And if you ever need parts, you can just head to a NASCAR race and steal some off of one of the thousands in the parking lot, just make sure you get what you need off of the least rusty one, which is probably the only one that is all one color. If you're really worried about gas prices, think seriously about a motorcycle, probably cheaper to buy and definately cheaper on gas.

There was a parade for some retarded town holiday today, and there were some cool cars, a Prowler, a Hennessey Viper, some Model As and Model Ts, a slew of '50s domestics and a couple of Austin Healy Sprite, which I might add are f@#kING AWESOME.

Subaru used to advertise that their boxer engines had a lower center of gravity than an I4, which makes sense. The downside, I assume, would be that a boxer engine would be comparatively wider. There also may be some NVH differences, but I haven't ridden in a Subaru that was in good shape, so I cannot really say that they're smoother or rougher than a comparable I4. Boxers (at least Subarus) also have rather strange sounding exhausts.

Josh--> <--Fly Et Al. I dont think its any big secret that Josh and I have never really seen eye to eye, which is what led to me stepping down as a mod nearly a year ago. I felt when I resigned and believe to this day that Josh's ego, and nothing else, is what led to C&G becoming less of a close knit community than it was. I feel that with today's revelations, C&G will be able to get back to where it was, back to being the #1 source for GM news and discussion on the internet. That said, I would like to wish the best of luck to the new, Josh-free moderating team. They're a good group of guys, hardworking and dedicated to General Motors as well as Cheers and Gears, not themselves. guys, motor on.

Fly did say in another thread that he and the other mods have access to the Paypal account while Josh no longer does, which I assume means C&G will continue to be paid for with donations should Josh choose to not pay server costs himself.

Would be a great commuter car, but not really good for much else.

Accountability would be if ONE person had access to the Paypal account and records of donations and payments out were available to the public, or at least to the people who donate. People just need to be assured that their money is going to help the cause and not into some St. Ides or something.

I live a mile or so away from the high school, they used an F-350 in this years demonstration, its all sorts of f@#ked up, looks like it got hit hard on the passenger side, there is almost nothing left, but the driver's side is pretty unscathed.

I miss his sig with the pimp, that was good shizzle.
