    I dont get it

I mean really, if you can afford a Lamborghini, you can afford to have your luggage shipped to your destination, no need for the roof rack and custom painted carrier.
  2. I've driven a Genesis Coupe, and there is nothing appreciably wrong with it. There was a fair amount of road noise on the highway, but I was driving without the radio on. The tiny trunk is the only other flaw the car has. Its reasonably priced and has a practically never-ending warranty. It cant be thrown around like the MINI, but since its like 14 feet longer, thats to be expected. The Genesis Coupe will do just fine, and I'm sure the people buying them wont regret it.
  3. Its been in the mid-60's all evening. But thats what the fire is for. Luckily bugs aren't a huge problem yet, I'm sure that in the next few weeks we'll be investing in some of those OFF candles.
  4. You're really quite good at picture takin' BV.
  5. First big cookout of the year is going on as I type. Hamburgers on the grill, cold beer and other assorted beverages in the cooler, and a nice little fire going in my newly built (literally started yesterday and finished today) fire pit. Marshmallows are being roasted, s'mores are being made. The only way the night could be more perfect is if it were lit by fireflys.
  6. I dont think anyone who has ever driven an NSX would say its torqueless. You would, but thats just because of your own ignorance.
  7. your mom your sister your hot cousin a Vietnamese prostitute a guy with a big bag of condoms
  8. Now what you need is a rig that can light and drop firecrackers so you can scare people $h!less.
  9. That would look awkward.
  10. Lose the hubcaps, put this to use.
  11. Yep, they've sold like 8 of them.
  12. I'd rather see a Colorado based Avalanche Jr than a TraverseCamino.
  13. It was in the 80's today after the monsoon rolled through, I started work on a fire ring in the back yard so hot dogs and s'mores are in the near future.
  14. xB+Element+Avalanche
  15. There is a 1990 GMC crew cab on Craigslist for $2900 that would be pretty perfect. A few other old GM pickups for $1500-3000. But we really, really dont have room to house 3 cars, a truck and a boat. Plus there's no telling where we're going to be living a year from now.
  16. If I were allowed to buy it, yeah. Table Rock is a pretty sweet lake in the summer. She's somewhat warm to the idea of a pontoon boat, and Sun Trackers start at about $11k before you start throwing options on. Since I know some of the higher ups on the marine side of the company pretty well, I could likely swing an ok deal. But that still doesn't take storage or transportation into account. I have no clue what it would run to store a boat down by the lake. I know there are storage places up here that are reasonably priced, but that goes back to the other problem. The Prius isn't going to tow a boat. The MINI sure as hell wont either. The Buick could if it weren't for the hilly, twisty terrain. I wouldn't be very comfortable towing anything larger/heavier than a jet ski behind it. Renting a pickup would probably be more cost effective than buying something just for towing. I dunno, I've just got boat fever, it being spring and all.
  17. Well the generic Avis car gets a little more generic. BTW, when you google "generic car" the sponsored link at the top is car.GM.com.
  18. Tahoe 265 with a 496. Yum.....
  19. I think she just knows that the boat I want stickers at nearly $80k.
  20. Pretty much. She had a long good list of reasons, as if she had thought it out. --Have to pay for the boat --Have to pay to store the boat --Have to pay to insure the boat --Have to get something to tow the boat, since she doubts the Buick's ability to handle a boat and trailer on hills --We'll only be able to get out to the lake a couple weekends a year
  21. I think I'm going to print this off and give it to my team at our meeting Monday, just for $h!s and giggles. There is nothing in there about dealing with poor people, and since the corporate complex includes the distribution center, there are a lot of those around. Are we supposed to pity the poor wage slaves or mock them? Delaware doesn't have the answers I really need.
  22. ...like the Genesis.... You just picked a convenient place to edit.
