BMW News: BMW Not Planning Mass Production of EVs Until 2020
Wonder if this delay is due to their new Battery plant co-creation deal they signed in China. Will take the next 24 months to build the site and get production started?

New York 2018: 2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe and Cabriolet Follow in the Sedan's Footsteps: Comments
Being a skin cancer survivor and having my face redone makes one think twice about being in the sun and especially in a convertible, but like I said even before I had cancer I never got the convertible thing. The rear seats, why bother, just make is storage room and give the front seats that much more room to be adjustable. Same as your obsession about cars. Both of you do the same Shampoo, Rinse, Repeat! But why bother with the back seats? You could give so much more room to the front two people with more adjustable seat options if you just made that unusable seat area storage area. I never got that even in the tight pony cars.

It is all yours, never got the convertible thing, does nothing for me. I have to laugh at the waste of seats in the rear as you can see they are useless when any real person drives and then they pull them up to make the rear headrests look like big space from the front headrests and yet they are then so close to the dash which means only small people can drive the car. As far as the look goes, BLAND, Dash just looks cheap and as I said your welcome to the Convertible thing, and all the skin cancer that goes with it. Just never saw or got the convertible thing even when riding in them, no big deal to me, but I do acknowledge that to others they love that open air driving. MEH, I take an MB CUV over this every day!

Love the Brown warm interior and over all the whole auto is just spot on for an update. My only dislike is what a number of fellow members have stated. The rear tail lights are just WRONG! My only other beef is that for the touch screen, yea a 1080P screen is an update, but in today's day of tech, why did they not go with a true high end screen like what Apple or Samsung have put into their tablets or smartphones. They should have gone beyond what everyone else has rather than just equalling them. Lead, do not follow the tech.

I can tell you as one who has a fair amount of auto's with the 100,000 mile transmission fluid change that these are not your 90's version Transmissions and from an Engineering standpoint do just fine. In fact worse thing you could do is take a modern transmission to a place that does not have the proper flush tools and just replaces the filter and puts a new gasket on and then refills the transmission. They actually are designed to go 100,000 miles with not being touched. All of my SUVs that do see off road have done just fine.

Nissan News: Rumorpile: Successor to 370Z To Launch in 2020... Maybe
Considering I lived in Japan for 3 1/2 years while going to college and I stayed with a Host family that had a son going to Kobe University like me and was spoiled with very nice toy's, I also got spoiled being able to drive his cars and bikes and loved it. Once you drive a Skyline and see how dialed in they are, you cannot help but love them. Skyline is the pony car of Japan.

This is an awesome engine bay with plenty of room to turn a wrench. Wish they were still that way. At least my 1993 GMC Suburban has plenty of room and is easy to get around to work on in comparison to my Escalade.

LOL, Actually that is the all new Generation 2.0 Nissan Leaf EV. @ocnblu Hates all things EV or Hybrid. Wants the world to stay static for ever in his one moment in time! This was his response to me keeping the current Z going forward till Nissan gets out their new Global Modular Platform that will carry ICE/EV/Hybrid. I stated keep the Z alive as is with updates till they can roll out a 300 mile range EV-Z.

Sharp Ride you posted! Excellent Point and very possible as some stretched to have the S so they could have a long distant EV, now they lower price of a Tesla 3 makes sense but then we have also seen due to the reduction happening at Tesla in the federal credit that there have been those that have canceled their order and gone BOLT. I also still believe that there are pent up demand for an EV but not Tesla but other OEM builders. Gonna be an interesting 24 months as they start to roll out.
