  1. Agree, 4 banger diesel and V6 is perfect for the Wrangler.
  2. This should be an interesting soap opera to watch! TESLA versus Traditional Dealers
  3. Very nice, I missed that as I looked at the rav4 but did not see a V6 listed for a powertrain upgrade. Cool, it is much smaller than your 4Runner and hopefully better on gas.
  4. OK, so then I go with Santa Fe.
  5. OK, Reread and realize he said does not have an I4, so we are V6 engines and now that I have realized that then I agree with CCAP. Ford Flex or Santa Fe.
  6. C'mon.. How many of those only offer I4 engines.. YOU DIDN'T EVEN TRY! Yes I did try, I went with those models that have an I4. He never said only had that engine. Gotta scale it down to the right zone and I believe he got an Asian built CUV.
  7. Nissan Murano or Nissan Rogue or Honda CR-V or Honda Element or Toyota RAV4 or Toyota Highlander Hybrid or Hyundai Santa Fe or Hyundai Tuscon or Kia Sportage
  8. ^ Love the idea of a Cien-eque Supercar! True HALO auto!
  9. It will serve as primary family transportation for the time being. So more than 2/3 doors. It is NOT European. So- -More than 2/3 doors. -Used. -Not an I4. -Not Euro. -Not a compact car. -Replaced the 4Runner. -Primarily for wife. Minivan
  10. Is this a Family based auto or more of a personal inner city transport option? 2 doors, 3 doors, 4 doors, or 5 doors? Is it Asian, American or European company?
  11. So in checking it out on the configurator, usually I love the Blue and Green color they have but do not like it on this car. I did find the red to be very nice. Having only Black or Cashmere interior colors when you have the very nice rich Mocha on everything else is a FAILURE in my book. This should be coming out with more interior color options.
  12. He said it was NOT a GM auto. How about Camry Hybrid?
  13. Cops nail ya with or without the front plate there if you are speeding and breaking the law. They then run your plate while looking at the rear plate. Personally the Feds just need to standardize and say all auto's with have both or only rear. I myself would like a rear license only.
  14. GM /Opel Needs to shut this down by coming clean and stating this is the original Euro Union approved software and here is the update and this is the difference. TRANSPARENCY
  15. So in reviewing the writing on this and the response by Opel, I can only say one word in response to this: FAIL Yup, Opel / GM FAILED to nail the lid on this by showing what the differences are between the existing software and the update that was pushed out. GM you must keep transparency on this. VW failure and multiple lies with retelling of the lies by multiple corporate talking heads should make you realize that you need to be transparent. They could have shut them up by saying here is what the software was doing and was approved by the Euro Union. Here is what the update does and this is the differences between them and why. This should have been a slam dunk for shutting up the Tree Huggers.
  16. Using the latest thin seat design, they should be able to pull off a new Sub Compact ATS with rear seat room, then the ATS becomes the BTS Personally, I would rather they ignore the subcompact car and just have ATS on up. I am more than happy with a CT3 to CT9 product line. Buick should be covering the Sub-Compact space. Wake up Johan, your f'ing up again.
  17. CTS Coupe 2 year lease returned with low miles.
  18. That is a Sexy Sedan, looking forward to sitting in one to see how it fits to my 6'6" 300lb body! XTS is nice and I can get comfy, too much of a float ride for my taste and has to be a very tiny person to sit behind me. So hoping this actually can pass my personal test. I get in drivers seat, adjust and set all for me to be comfortable, then get out and get in behind driver seat. If I can get in and still have at least half inch of room between my knees and the back of the seat, then anyone for the most part will be comfy behind me.
  19. Yes they are flooding the dealer lots and are freaking ugly.
  20. I believe we will see many such new Hybrids over the coming years between now and 2018. Be interesting to see what wins and looses.
  21. Washington state has a law for driving too slow in the left lane of which is costs you $136 if you are 10mph or slower in the left lane. The new added fees are being put in place to force people to obey the using left lane to pass and not go slow causing cars to back up or pass on the right. The proposed law would add another fine for continuously driving at slow speeds, based on how far below the speed limit they are traveling. Between 1 and 5 mph, the extra fine would be $27. That would go up to $37 for 6 to 10 mph below the maximum speed limit; $52 for 11 to 15 mph and $67 for 16 to 20 mph. Bill can be found here: http://app.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/summary.aspx?bill=6105&year=2015
  22. We would see a bigger drop if they enforced having to read, write and speak english to get their drivers license. To many states including Washington where I live allow people to take their drivers test with an interpreter so they get to drive. F the ability to communicate to police, fire or medical. Politicians have screwed this country over by implying that driving is a right. It is NOT it is a Privilege you earn. We need to enforce this rather than allowing timed non speaking english people to drive on the roads and then get over into the left lane going 20+ under the posted speed limit.
  23. We'll according to the news VW is now the MOST HATED Company in America! http://www.msn.com/en-us/money/companies/americas-most-hated-companies/ar-BBocgzO?li=BBnb7Kz&ocid=UP94DHP#image=BBocj3j|1 Pretty interesting how their Diesel scandal has made them more hatted than even Comcast!
