  1. Every Time that my dealer tried to give me an Iron Duke auto I refused and required a Chevette. The manual with the I4 is a requirement in my book. This power train should live quite long the HOv6 w/manual didn't. I loved the X11 but it didn't last 60k mi. That said I'd live with this as a daily and use it up cause to get that kind of mpg in a new car you'd pay through the nose.
  2. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder as in Saturn's also I like'm ('59 Chevy's) that is All of 'em, you like Saturn's
  3. Not thinking that 305, 351, 401 and 478-cubic-inch V6 line of engines are race material nor that big Bambulance either Just too big to hide that thing
  4. I don't agree Chevy gives each model an identity of its own. While being familiar in the face which I'm on the fence with that, the styling of the rest of the car gives it it's uniqueness. I for one don't want a line of Chevys that are 100, 85, 75, 65, 55, 45% of the same car as some lines strive for.
  5. That's one of the best ambu/boxes I've ever seen quite stylish especially the rear end

  10. Hyper when did Honda unionize? I've worked at Marysville .East Liberty. Troy & Russel's Point none were unionized. Also at the financial meltdown period in 2009 Honda did close the doors at these plants at least they were down to 3 days a week. The point being it was too expensive to keep them open! "Friend Honda did not have to keep production up at plants to keep them open. It was too expensive to close them and pay union workers to stay home vs dumping the cars. Just not building the cars was not as easy as you want to make it as you have to factor in many issues involved here. God knows GM and most auto makers wished it was as easy as it is you your world. This should really no longer be as much an issue."
  11. Yup
  12. A little low on torque but compares with my 90 Grand Prix STE Turbo in power and that would spank a Fox bodied Mustang/Capri 5.0L. Hyundai Veloster Curb weight (lbs., M/T / DCT) 2584-2740 / 2657-2813 Final drive ratio (M/T / A/T) 4.267 / 4.813 conservatively estimating 200lbs extra for the turbo necessity's Grand Prix STE Turbo Curb Curb Weight, lbs. auto only 3318 Final drive ratio could be 2.84, 3.06 or 3.33 I can't determine at this time 0-60 mph in 7.00 seconds / Standing ¼ mile 15.30 s It should make for a quick car with decent mileage

  18. My guess would be a bad O2 sensor there may be up to 4 (2 upstream + 2 down stream of the Catalytic converter) that may or may not set a code. A good scan tool is invaluable at this point Best of luck also AllData.com is very helpful with trouble shooting flow charts if you attempt the repairs yourself.
