BAILOUT or BANKRUPTCY
Take the money. I believe we need to level the playing field and practice protectionism in the American Auto industry. The reason is because Japan has given Toyota so much help it just should be fair. This is the one area I agree with protectionism and giving a bail-out, this industry is too important not to save.

It's over: Obama wins
I hope for the best and the republican party I included must take a look at what went wrong and re-group. We cannot afford a loss like this again. Just wait you can dance for a while folks. Soon Obama will get in the office and the $h! will hit the fan. His nice words, couldn't hide the truth for me and many Americans. I feel bad for all that got hood-winked. As Americans we will get through this and hope for a better turnout in 2010 and 2012.

It's over: Obama wins
Well it will be interesting. I am waiting to see what he will do. I am betting this economy gets even worse with his higher taxes.

GM starts Red Tag sales early
SMK what in the hell are you smoking... Products GM has class leading GMT-900's now with six speed automatics, a great new Malibu, Enclave, Traverse, have helped GM indeed. Products like Cobalt/G5 and Torrent/Equinox even with there age are still pretty good. Honestly GM actually has some good four cylinder motors and a six speed automatics in G6 and Malibu that is a great start.

GM listened... AGAIN!
Great is it the bright blue? Honestly, it better be.

An open letter to whoever wins on Tuesday
You are all bastards. ^ Totally agree the goverment gets enough of my money. Do you folks really want to see high gas and GM suffer because of it? Or do you want to kill any kind of performance car? Do you want to hurt people in the transpertation industry? Goverment doesn't need more of our money to piss away. We need more of it. Paying extra for gas because Uncle Sam says so is so stupid! If you want to criple folks like WMJ and many others go ahead. But honestly it should not come from goverment mandates like CAFE that some around here hate or high gas taxes. It should come from consumer demand for different vehicles and alternatives. The private sector needs to do more the goverment less. I can see less lots of problems with a high gas tax. For those of you whom believe it in I am with WMJ, Balthazar and Camino on this one. The goverment needs to learn to make do with less and not more. Hard times are upon us and this will cripple industry and cause job loss. I can't believe people whom are into cars and namely performance ones around here the RWD vs. FWD debate would want such. I think alot of people honestly don't connect a with b or think of anyone but themselfs. Can I afford $3 a gallon gas sure for now but when I was 25 I couldn't. If it hits $6....7......$h! 10 I will be talking differently. People have no idea what happens when taxes on anything or anyone go up. Honestly for any of you that think good will come about from this besides smoother roads and the goverment doing more with alternatives which they should to a certain point then your hood-winked. I think if you honestly agree with this you are smug bastards. Who in the hell gave you the idea that raising taxs on gas is good for folks and people that need trucks to make a living. What a bunch of ass-wholes. This kind of thinking hurts everyone! Including our beloved GM and the big three along with the rest of industry. People should drive what they want and if you want to do a gas guzzler tax that is fine (I wish it wasn't around tho) but a tax on the gas is stupid. Mark my words if either president put this into action I will be writing him and it will kill buisness and not only those that have a fleet of pick-ups.

CNBC: Barack Obama on the Auto Industry
I do agree she is nice looking. (Checking for females in the house) Thank you and I want to let you know if Hillary got elected I would have seriously considered voting for her. I think ladies need more power seriously. I think males screw stuff up.

How many of you are in an alternative lifestyle?
I have a MacBook for work with a dual core processor (can't recall details) with OSX 10.4 and 2 gbs of ram and 160 gb hd. I have a 2004 HP Pavlion 630a with Pentium 4 HT and 160gb hd and 512mb of ram (should have done a gig) with XP SP3 Home. I have an older 2002 Compaq Desktop with XP home SP3 and 768mb of ram and a Pentium 4 processor and a 40gb hd. I also currently but will prolly be selling a Lenovo T61 with XP Pro SP3 with a 100gb high rpm hd 2.0 ghz of ram and an intel core two duo processor and two gigs of ram, with the CS3 suite. I love the size of the computer but kind of want something with a 15inch screen, a larger hd and an integrated webcam. I might just sell her to someone I know and get another one and take the CS3 suite off and move onto a new Dell Studio 15 with a 2.16 ghz intel core 2 duo processor and a 320gb hd and 4gbs of ram and a video webcam, a 256mb ATI graphics card and I think I'll try Vista Home Premium and I'll move my CS3 suite that I love so much along with my Microsoft Office Ultimate Suite. If not I can always downgrade to XP.
