  1. Spend an extra 10k and you can get that.
  2. The TRD Pro is like what you're thinking of. They must not have had the brown Tacoma TRD Pro but they had the 4Runner and Tundra TRD Pros in the brown. This is the Tacoma TRD Pro with the black grille and wheels.
  3. Yeah, those would fit in there like the GMs although they feel a little rounder up front.
  4. Agreed! ????
  5. I don't see anything "brickish" either. The windshield is quite raked, the rear glass is also quite raked, the second(?) B pillar is angled, the grille into the lights is all flowing as well. I think it would look so much better with a different grille and wheel setup. As it is, it's hideous to me. There are only a few vehicles I would still consider brick-like. GM's Tahoe and siblings, Wrangler, Renegade, G Wagen and probably something else I'm missing but that's about it. Nothing is as squared off as those.
  6. I want this exact truck. The only things chrome on this truck is the grille and name badges. It's about as minimal as you'll find on a truck.
  7. I like that there is a little more body color and a little less crappy plastic.
  8. So they "theoretically" beat them even though they haven't actually done it..
  9. I don't like the name but it's a good looking truck.
  10. It seems stupid for every company NOT to be investing like this. Most every new platform should have this level of engineering because it has to pay off being that flexible. I guess I just assumed with a new Gorgio platform that it would have been similarly flexible. That's interesting to know...
  11. I'd drive this. Yet they've evolved it just enough to look modern the entire time. ??
  12. Regardless of all of that, that still covers the JGC-sized vehicle and down to Golfs.
  13. Doesn't VW use the same platform for a very wide range of vehicle sizes?
  14. This is the best looking "coupe" SUV, so far...because it doesn't look like a "coupe" in a good way.
  15. Oh nooooo we're no longer the good guy trying to help everybody out? ?
  16. I know you didn't but I think that was in the press release that it was too small for a Charger/300 sized vehicle.
  17. Okay, yeah that's quite a big difference in size then. Thanks! It sucks the Guilia platform can't be stretched like Alpha can over at GM for ATS to CTS. CTS seems like a pretty large car that would be great size-wise for a Charger.
  18. Is it really that much smaller of a car? I didn't realize how small the Guilia was.
  19. If the source wasn't Jalopnik, probably.
  20. I'm still rocking a 6(non-s). I have had my battery replaced twice now for ~$50 each time(2nd one they replaced for free because they saw it was their battery but regardless I was willing to pay it) and it makes it a brand new phone again. It was definitely worth it to buy some time until you want to drop the cash on a new phone.
  21. What a freakin jabroni
  22. Personally, I'd keep Alfa around and if they can't also keep Maserati around then move Alfa onto those platforms as higher end cars as well. Then Alfa could be a full luxury line from the Giulia to whatever high end Maserati is out. I think having a luxury line will help them once they really sort things out. As much as some don't really like Alfa Romeo they're a good brand to keep as a whole for a luxury line with the Giula getting great compliments from professional reviewers.
