  1. No electric motor will ever look this good. No electric motor will ever elicit the kind of sustained emotional connection people have had with their vehicles. This is automotive high art. All hail!
  2. The only thing I don't like about it is Nissan pushing our heads against the wall and forcing the CVT down our throats. I also call into question the idea that to look like a family, every member has to be identical except in size. But it does look good inside and out, and I hope the lower, wider chassis translates into a trickle down of that old (nearly forgotten) Datsun driving magic that gave us the original 510, 240Z, and even the first Sentra SE-R. The interior looks great.
  3. Still has very narrow functionality though, being an EV.
  4. Yup, that is the new LT1 model in Rally Green.
  5. I want to try one out. The power figures are pretty good. Better than the 1.4t in the Trax, and it has larger displacement and one extra cylinder.
  6. Mazda has the Build & Price pages up on their site. The CX-30 has the very same, very short list of available exterior colors they've had for many...long... years.
  7. First time I've seen a Mazda in red. Gotta say... it is kinda low-slung for a CUV, and the cladding has risen like high tide in the La Brea Tar Pits.
  8. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! The only word I can muster is HA, repeated ad nauseam. Biggest JOKE yet on poor misguided EV fans. You are being punked in the grandest way by this guy. SO AMUSING. Cannot wait to see the struggle and twist to try to justify this amateur P.O.S. Oh, the JOY!
  9. I am striving to overcome my skepticism of the turbo 3. I know they have a distinctive growl. Hopefully it won't be too silent. The torque number is admirable. If it has good giddy-up and fuel mileage... plus good reliability, it will be fine. When will it be lined up at a Christmas tree?
  10. Ew they went crazy with a J.C. Whitney catalog.
  11. I am not getting anywhere near your blow-up doll, Bucko.
  12. I liked the Seltos until I saw more of the Trailblazer. Now I am solidly back in the Chevrolet camp. And the brown interior in the Trailblazer is really brown... not orange like current GM non-black or gray interiors.
  13. Edge-E would have been more appropriate if they wanted to make a fake CUV to emulate an authentic one.
  14. Wow, the Seltos looks dumpy compared to the Trailblazer, and even though it's down on horsepower with the top level engine, the Trailblazer's 3 has very good torque numbers. Modern looks, safety, and a knockout starting MSRP work together to make a compelling compact CUV. Chevy says the Trailblazer Activ 4WD will be about $26k... that is what I paid for my Compass Latitude 4 model years ago. I am digging the Zeus Bronze... a great tie-in to the mighty C8!
  15. Yes, others are doing it. BUT, everyone, myself included, has been riding herd on GM for a lack of interesting colour schemes. The Trailblazer RS and Activ both show that there is still someone working at GM's Art and Colour Section.
  16. Starting under $20k for the base L FWD, and it comes with all the safety nannies ppl think they need. I think it will be a mini powerhouse in the market. The Activ trim tones down and butches up the front end. And that Corvette color, Zeus Bronze, looks great on it.
  17. He's gotta stick his nose in. He needs to STFU.
  18. Oooo... the black with Zeus Bronze roof is sexy! I gotta say... the Activ trim looks fantastic! Much nicer than the galactic RS. This is the one I would get.
  19. WHOA! Out of left field! *HEARTBEAT* 2021 Trailblazer Activ in Zeus Bronze! This pleases me greatly!
  20. This is bigger than the Venue. The Venue is smaller than the Soul. Seltos is a notch bigger than Soul.
  21. I like this better.
  22. I would buy a Seltos over this.
  23. Oh there are plenty of Chinese language videos over onto the YouTube for the new Trailblazer... and yes... engine options appear to be shared between Chevy and Buick.
