Someones jealous of the fun-mobile. I'd hope its the fun-mobile, because ther really isn't any reason to be jealous of the other one, unless you hate buying gas so much you'd love to only have to hit the gas station twice a month.

I went over and checked it out this morning. The door was kicked in, but nothing with any monetary value was stolen other than the carbs. I really dont get it, the tools, shop lights, the welder, other random garage stuff was left untouched. Is there some sort of black market for carburetors that I dont know about?

Its only 4:30 and I've already learned that people suck. I woke up, grabbed my phone to check my appointments for the day and say that I had a voicemail. Someone broke into my secret lair where the Buick is being held, and instead of stealing tools, or anything with any real value, they stole carburetors. They got the one off the old engine, with its demonic choke, and the one off the good engine. Apparently thats all that was missing.

A few weeks before Christmas, as a joke, I made an expanded version of my resume that basically says I was the acting savior of all mankind between 1461 and 1997. It was rather entertaining to those who know me best. At least one company I was looking into got that version instead of the normal one. Oops.

Jon Bon Jovi suffered a fatal gunshot wound this week after a concert in Trenton, New Jersey. Police say the murder was committed by, Marie Reynolds, a rabid fan of the band. In what way is any Pontiac superior to any import? Take the badges off the hood and who will pick a G^ over a Camry? Or Accord? Or Sonata? Or 6? Or even over a Fusion or Malibu? The G6 is at the bottom of the heap in its class, in fact the only Pontiacs that aren't bottom of the heap are the models in heaps that only include one or two other cars.

The G6 is the same thing as the previous-gen Malibu. The MAXX, if you want to be exact. Not the current Malibu, which is a passable product.

Anyone who says they would love to live in Detroit has obviously never been to Detroit.

Really, I could buy 12 houses in Detroit for what I paid for mine. How cool would it be to own an entire block for less than 6 digits? I could start my own gated community, maybe PCS will move in!

Just to revive this argument, I made it through our ice storm and all the snow we had in a RWD boat without sliding off the road to my ultimate demise. In a newer car with ABS, TC, ESP, blah blah blah, you wouldn't be able to tell which wheels were moving the car. Hell, on the ice, the LeSabre felt more stable than the Prius, probably due to the Buick weighing twice as much and having fat rubber all the way around. Basically, I agree with the premise that anyone north of the Mason-Dixon who refuses to buy a car solely because its RWD is a pussy.

You consider looking at a C6 ruining your day? I'll say its not the most beautiful car, but I wouldn't go that far.

Just read through the Q&A on eBay, and it is indeed in the middle of a neighborhood, so not really where you'd want to live if you want to get away from people. But still, that would be awesome.

If you can get a Harlequin, do it, they're funky-cool.

I'm not saying the Versa is the second coming, it definitely has its faults, but all cars in this price range do. Especially GMs, they dont have anything worthwhile available under $20k. Aveo, Cobalt, Astra...all garbage compared to the competition.
