Have you bothered reading anything in the media about the new Fords? Every article I've read regarding the new Fusion and Taurus have made it sound as if those cars are the second coming. Go flip through the March issue of Automobile, they rave over the Taurus, and commend Ford on being in the best financial situation of the Big 3. One of the mags (I dont recall which) was gushing over the Fusion hybrid as well.

I have, for lack of a better phrase, a tie fetish. I cant wear a dress shirt without a tie. Thats actually what has led to my deciding which color short to wear, I have a great tie that goes with the green shirt, but my favorite tie to pair with the black shirt is MIA. Plus its a beautiful Spring day and the minty green shirt goes very well with the season. Roger, it sucks you're in that spot. As a last resort, could you get on as a core subject teacher (English or math maybe?) at a district thats shorthanded?

The 300w electric Cruzin Coolers are painfully slow, I imagine they're worse when the cooler is full. I haven't ridden a gas one or the more powerful electric one. But you can tow more coolers! Sorry, just had to get a plug in for Cruzin Coolers, since they're freaking awesome.

I had that exact same issue come up, we wound up with a Prius instead of a CTS. I think my problem was that I didn't make her drive the CTS. My advice would be to just start driving. An hour or two on a Saturday afternoon will help you guys make the right choice. As far as the SRX, give the V6 a shot, Car and Driver liked it. Its plenty quick, just not nearly as sexy as the Northstar.
