Early Stages of Decline
"Wow factor" is subjective, sales numbers are not. I would say that the SSR had "wow factor" with the hardtop and very eye catching design, plus some real power at the end, but the sales didn't back that up, and I dont think that the SSR brought people into Chevy dealerships who ended up getting Impalas, etc.

Disappointing car colors - your take on this
On the subject of grays, the Dark Shadow Gray Ford offered on Mustangs was icky, but the Mineral Gray (which was more brown) is absolutely gorgeous. Not all grays are created equal. And yes, I can tell the difference between the two on the road.

Dropping acid while designing an interior is a BAD idea.

GM Ford loses market share to Honda and Toyota
I'm sure that if GM cut all of their sticker prices in half, they could get 50% market share. Doesn't mean its a good idea.

Used Solstii
I'll get a website, put his pic on it then spend three months telling him I'm going to come talk to him, that seems to get him off.

Little features you love
I drive a Toyota, so I really love that $3,638 check I get on the 15th of every month for telling people how great my Toyota is.

April 2006 Sales: American Suzuki Motor Corp
I'll admit I like the Grand Vitara over the 'Nox/Torrent, RAV4, CR-V and Equinox. Only problem is thats its a Suzuki.

Used Solstii
Its at a lot, not a private seller. I seriously doubt whoever unloaded it got almost thirty grand from whoever he unloaded it on.

Used Solstii
Just wondering if anyone has seen a Solstice on a used car lot. I've seen one, its been there about a month, every option except the auto, asking $29,985 with 269 miles on it. I'd love to get ahold of the original owner and see if it was a money thing or a practicality thing that forced him or her to let it go.

$3.00/gal. Gas !
Bush cant just wave a magic wand and make gas prices fall. Maybe if we gave him some information that Exxon was trying to develop weapons of mass distruction he could invade, take them over and keep saying gas prices would drop.

Look out Smart
If I could park in motorcycle parking spots (no university parking permit required) then I would snag one up in a heartbeat. I wonder if I got a Smart and promised to only take up half a parking spot if I could pay only half the parking cost.

April 2006 Sales: American Honda Motor Co.
There were 26 days (Monday thru Saturday) on which they could sell cars this year, there were 27 last year. All companies do it.

April 2006 Sales: Subaru of America
