      I also saw another interview with him, he still goes to the gym 3 days a week and attributes staying mentally young to his 54yr old wife and that he sings every day still. He said he still has so much to do and learning and being active is important as he wants to live another 100 years.  He says death starts when you stop moving as he can tell if he misses going every other day to the gym, he stiffens up and has a harder time moving around.

      Good morning ... ... except that i'm not being facetious. Today Dick Van Dyke turns 100! When they asked him what he attributes his longevity to, he said that he doesn't hold grudges.   That's admirable.  That's not easy to do. I then wondered how I could possibly operate like that being Italian and, worse yet, Sicilian.

      Idiot47 the criminal has destroyed America as an agent of Russia and there is no coming back to a Golden Age. America time as the world leader is over and the American Auto Industry will continue to die.  Sad that greed has destroyed what used to be a beacon of light the world aspired to mimic.

      A bunch of Asian and Hawaiian, probably quie a few with black DNA. Not a whole lot of black folk in Hawaii....but California...I bet so.
