Know what those people were singing? "Let the Sun Shine In."

I'll let you write in your own joke.

So very wrong...I can't even formulate a joke for that kind of retardedness.

Four replies... including one by Satty... and there has NOT been a joke, or insult, or prod...

That cannot be a good thing...

You could argue that my comment was a pun of sorts, but that opens up a whole different can of worms (which in turn is also a pun).

I can't make one of my $h!ty jokes here, either. That whole set up is just . . . confusing, polarizing, and a little depressing.

Between this and Kia's adaptation of The Sound of Music's "So Long, Farewell" in a recent ad campaign, I'm starting to think that Kia's marketing director might be a hippy.

While the "So Long, Farewell" commercial is on my mind... They sing, "I hate to go and leave this pretty sight" as a Kia Sedona is pulling away. Because Sedonas are pretty by any stretch of the imagination.

Its the Up With People singing group from the early 80's for all of you who are old enough to remember.

I'm not going to touch that with a ten-foot pole.

I'm not going to touch that with Fly's login on B.V.s computer.:lol:

SmallChevy said it best.

It's a gay person's car?

It's a recruiter?

Lol. I wonder what they were thinking...

Are you serious? I want it to die now. I'd pick the CompASS over this (even though this thing has a nice interior).

Reasons I hate this car:

1. Its a Kia. I don't like Kia.

2. The name. Who the hell would drive something called a "Rondo" anyway?

3. Its boring. Of course, its also a Kia, so I expected that.

4. The commercials. I keep wishing the Rondo would just run over all those f'ing singers.

Remember when car commercials used to have hard rock for background music?...

I really miss those days...

I'd be surprised if anyone could find a hard rock song that'd go good with a car called a Rondo.
