Shoes

Simple, really. I'm bored and want to know how many pairs of shoes, what are they and what are they for.

I'll start.

I've got some very generic Skechers boots, I wear them for work.

I have an old orange pair of Reeboks that I wear biking and running.

And I have four pairs of Chuck Taylors, a basic black pair that I wear to work on nights I close (they dont leave marks on the floor like my Skechers do) then I have a blue pair, a brown pair and a black and gold pair that I wear to class, out, etc.

Wow, I own 6 pairs of shoes.

-I have a green and yellow pair of adidas that I were for anything and they are our school colors so I call them my Bison shoes (our mascot)

-I have a white pair of adidas for anything

-a blue and white pair of k-swiss that I where to the gym

-A white and red pair nikes that I where wherever

-A pair of brown (I don't know what you would call them exactly) slipper things, I don't know, I was at a party and someone took my shoes so I stole these because they were comfortable

-a old crappy white and blue pair of adidas that I wear for yard work

-a pair of doc martens for both dressy and casual stuff

-and a brown pair of adidas that are pretty casual

8 pairs of shoes plus about 4 pairs of sandles or flip flops that I wear most of the time in the summer

-I have a pair of Dr. Martins for school (you have to wear brown or black leather shoes).

- Two pairs of T-Mac IIs - one white with some blue and one blue with silver (I rarely wear the blue ones).

- Some boots

- A pair of shoes for PE (also my first pair of shoes for basketball this season).

- A pair of basketball shoes (my PE shoes were my basketball shoes but I wore them out in half a season - for basketball at least).

- Some Dwayne Wade shoes - red and white.

So, 7 in total. 6 that I actually wear very often, and one that's just for PE.

1 - pair of GBX boots (black): work and casual-dress

2 - pair of Sketchers casaul-active wear (blue/gray): casual outside of work

3 - pair New Balance running shoes (red/gray): anything athletic

4 - pair Vans (old, blue): mowing

5 - pair dress shoes from Payless: self-explanitory

6 - pair (I can't remember the brand...I'll edit later should I remember) sandals (black): warm weather/casual

7 - pair Sonoma casual shoe (old, brown): back-up shoes

Seven. Seven pairs. I'm not as bad as my sisters, though.

Let's see..

1 year-and-a-half old pair of white/green Etnies for cutting grass

1 two-year-old pair of white/black Nikes used once every other month in auto class

1 brown/white pair of K-Swiss limiteds I wear daily

1 pair of black dress shoes

1 pair of American Eagle suede shoes that I've worn three times and I've owned them about a year.

So, I have 5 pairs of shoes but only use one pair. I'm looking for a new pair though.

You really shouldn't do that.  Shin splints are a bitch.

I really don't get shin splints that badly...only when starting out for the season, and even then the muscles ache more than the shins. Plus, having a hot tub constantly at 105 helps immensely.

I'm not really a shoe-phile. I mostly wear my Adidas sneakers or my flip flops.

1 pair of white Adidas Superstars with blue stripes

1 pair of old white Adidas Superstars (outside/work shoes)

1 pair of brown leather flip flops

1 pair of Doc Martens that I hardly fit into anymore

1 pair of black dress shoes

1 pair of Sketchers brown boots that I never wear anymore because they're too clunky

I have a pair of Tims and American Eagle boots for cold weather, generic white sneakers for warm weather and Target flip flops for the hot stuff. I wore the flops today and my feet were killing me because I am not used to walking around the city in them. One leg is 3/4" shorter than the other so I have a lift in one shoe as well as arches in both because I have flat feet, slight scoliosis and almost constant back pain. Sucks.
