GM @ NAIAS '09: 2010 Chevy Equinox
Pretty slick looking I'd say. I really like the rear end and front. The side view I think is odd, for some reason. GREAT INTERIOR.

50 worst cars ever
Actually I always liked the SSR, I know it was a Trailblazer but it looked sweet, and it actually had a trunk on a two seat roadster you could use. It sitll could tow 3,500 lbs and load up with some things at Lowes. Also I have seen them pulling small speed boats with a matching paint job on the SSR they look sweet. As for the Excursion so it didn't ride well, that thing had a certain appeal to me in a land full of low to the ground Camri's you gotta love a big a$$ BOF SUV, yes I had driven one with the old 7.3 TD and loved it. It was like driving a train! Shame they redid the front end and never got rid of that crummy 6.0 TD. Camaro will not be the same as the SSR much more affordable and larger appeal even to G-Series buyers and so on.

What is your next car purchase? revisited...
GMTruckGuy get that sweet Syclone! If I had to choose between the Yukon XL and the Sierra I would go Yukon anyday. I know lots of people with GMT-800 SUV's and they love them. They are well made and drive great.

50 worst cars ever
I need to get this off my chest before I go to bed... I only looked at the last two eras... And I disagree with... 1980 305ci. Corvette - yeah not exciting but at least it had a V8 in it, unlike some 70's Mustangs when the biggest engine was a V6! 1981 Cadillac 8-6-4 - great idea ahead of its time, its not as bad as they made it out to be, so it didn't work right... 1981 DMC-12 - okay so it wasn't the fastest, but it certainly looked the part, I happen to like DMC-12's they are sweet and with a turbo are even better... 1995 Explorer - give me a break it was a good SUV and people loved them, take that you hippies! 2000 Excursion - one of the best vehicles Ford ever built just because of how HUGE it was, and its a shame it never saw a redesign with the new Twin Turbo 6.4, Sierra club killed that too! 2003 Chevrolet SSR - how can you say that? This was an amazing looking vehicle, actually had a trunk and with the 6.0L LS2 it really moved! I have to agree on the... 1982 Cimaron - sucked yeah it was a Cavi for the rich... 1997 Prowler - cool looking, I wanted a 4.7L SOHC V8 and stick in it tho... 2003 H2 - a vehicle that is pointless, you can have a Tahoe Z71 or a Avalanche! So basically it never featured a Toyota vehicle, dare I mention the Tercel? New Turds/Seqs that fall apart? Or what about that ugly bubble minivan?

Hey guess where I was today...
I would bet he saw the new Equinox, SRX and Terrain along with the LaX, I am almost positive. Am I close? Can you give us any hints?

Camaro Font as seen on the 2010 Camaro!
Anyone have any clue where to get it?
-
Do you shorten car names?
I do it sometimes, I only do it to my Bonneville calling it "the Bonn". Other than that I use 'Bu, I know a Malibu owner who called his 2001 Malibu LS a 'Bu. I also call Cobalt's-'Balts. As for Cadillac's I call them Cads or say Caddy sometimes. Vette and Stang are commonly shortend. I know someone who drove a Chevette in the 80's and he called it his Vette, the guy was a moron.

Obesity tax?
This whole plan is crazy. I am overweight and have started a diet... Will see how that will go.

Pontiac’s Focused, Niche Role
I sent them an email. I send them money when I pick the Pontiac product over a Chevrolet.

Stupidest Toyota commercial ever...
Ocn I really don't care but I found it funny.

Stupidest Toyota commercial ever...
Toyota was ahead of the times even back in 1983 with its DIESEL pick-up. They even have a macho cowboy in it doing a cheer leading jump. This thing reminds me of the Tundra only better looking. I can't imagine what a modern Chevy Silverado 3500HD could do to this thing? Maybe run over, eat it for a snack or maybe tow about 10 of these behind at 90 mph? Hmmmm... For those of you so interested in watching... TOYota DIESEL pick-UP

Pontiac’s Focused, Niche Role
Actually I do think there will be a smaller Pontiac, but hope for the best. I see a future Pontiac with a G6 and G8 along with the Solstice. That might be it. That is okay so long as the Solstice/G6 have unique styling. I don't mind platform sharing but they need different styling inside and out and sporty ride/handling. People like me are around that prefer a Pontiac and don't want a BUICK (I know the age is coming down still for old farts) or a Chevrolet. I own a Chevy but it is nice to have something more sporty and less common. There is market for Pontiac but let me be honest many of people will be upset if Pontiac goes the way with olds. I have already sent GM a letter stating my concerns about the future of Pontiac, prolly won't do any good but I let them have it.

1998-2004 Cadillac Seville Questions...
Glad to hear, they are a ball of fun.
-
Your Local GM Dealer
I already emailed GM a letter concerning Pontiac. If enough people bitch it might help, Pontiac is said to be more focused and hopefully can live. Even if that means no Vibe/Torrent or G3 I am okay with that.
