  1. I know what you mean but... these were stored in a storage center and not a barn out in a field in the middle of nowhere.
  2. Why would somebody do that? What's the point of doing that? If you're going to do that in an attempt to make something off of them, you should at least keep them clean..
  3. I want a TRD Taco so damn bad. I wish both GM and Toyota would at least give these off road performance truck a little boost in power also. If nothing else but to compensate for the larger/heavier tires and less aero friendly to make it not slower than the base models. GM could get away with throwing a more aggressive tune on just the 2.8 to possibly increase some more demand for the optional, more pricey, engine. Maybe just bring it up to 200hp/400tq..? If that's too much of a torque gain then 200hp/385-390tq..?
  4. I think a form of what I think GM has in their trucks and now the '19 Ram, a system to get the vehicle going under pure electricity then at highway speeds the diesel engine could kick on when they're more efficient. I know the current ones' egines kick on much sooner than highway speeds but if they could use pure electricity under 45mph and then pure diesel above that... that'd be hitting the best of both fuel sources while meeting the needs of the range anxiety people. Basically a Volt. Just make a Volt-Transit. lol
  5. What are the specs on it?
  6. Cadillac liked the idea of BMW having the M Sport package so they made the V Sport package.
  7. Or the M Sport from BMW and AMG43's from Mercedes..
  8. Hahaha I'm just saying... That would be my only glaring change. Otherwise, I like the list. I've never driven a Miata but an awful lot of people seem to like them. That would go perfectly with the larger Mustang. A dancer and a brawler.
  9. R/T starts at $43,695 for 2WD and $46,295 for AWD. If this was on my list the 2WD would work as I'd still have a 4WD truck, if I needed to squeeze it in for price.
  10. The only one I'd want to change would be the Pilot for a Durango R/T. It probably isn't as nice or luxurious as the Pilot but that V8... And it just looks so damn good. @Drew Dowdell @dfelt What about you guys?? FYI the Drew & delt post was separate from the Durango one.. I'm not asking them to side with me on the opinion Hahaha
  11. Edge Titanium starts at 36k, with a 2.0T, MKX base price is 39k with a 3.7L. I clicked every box on a Titanium and it got to $44,550. All you need is the base Premier + engine and AWD to get to $43,550. That's the Lincoln nobody wants, the base package. Black Label is nearly 60k. 10k base price difference and about the same on the top end as well. The things that bring the Sport close to 48k that I don't see most getting is the rear DVD players for $1,995. Take that away and it's 46k and still a decent difference between the two vehicles. A Tahoe and Yukon can also be priced above a base Escalade, Let alone a Denali.
  12. It says "appearance package" I don't see how it would price as high as the MKX/Nautilus if that's all that's getting changed.
  13. I'd just wear out the winter rubber and buy a new set when they're worn out. He'd be buying them for a daily wheel not a winter beater wheel but I bet if he say they had any curb rash on them he'd be out. It's hard to imagine that their margin for scraping is that small, 20mm. Considering it isn't all going towards the inside.
  14. It looks pretty damn awesome but I don't know if it'll be worth whatever premium they're going to be asking for for it.
  15. Sounds pretty damn awesome for a van.
  16. I think what you meant to say is BULLSH!T and it's been like quite a few seasons at this point. Dez's "catch" I'm pretty sure was like 2012 and Calvin Jonhson's even older in 2010. Yes, this was called an incomplete pass. It was a game winner with time expiring on that play too. Or maybe the clock was just under a minute.. Either way it should have won them the game.
  17. I didn't even notice those were curbed. I wouldn't buy curbed wheels either, no way. Aren't the OE wheels 235's and those Audi wheels were 255's? That alone shouldn't cause a rub. I think I calculated it out on a website utilizing offset and comparing to the OE wheels and they would stick out 11mm further and like 2mm further in. I think that would fit about perfect. Those CC wheels are PRETTY!
  18. It's crazy how such a small change can make a car look basic and sh!tty versus clean and very nice. My buddy was going to buy a R Line but came across the SE, like yours, and couldn't pass up the equipment upgrade for very little extra cash. There are still plenty of 17" wheels out there that look good but they're on smaller vehicles so they're proportioned "pretty good" still. My friend is contemplating buying these that he found on the ole craigslist(if you don't buy them first!) 19" Audi S4 Wheels
  19. Pretty attractive SUV. Nothing crazy good but nothing crazy bad.
  20. Oh yeah definitely a no-brainer. It's amazing how much better the car looks with the 18's than 17's. Spend the $400 extra to get way more than $400 with of upgades, imo. Then again that can be said about most cars...
  21. Sorry, what you said, "What does it really tell you about the auto? NOTHING!" I thought you actually meant those words. If its just brand/name equity you speak of, then again, the C, E, and S Classes have been around longer than anything Cadillac has branded. They still know the C, E, and S Class as they've built equity in sticking with a system. They've jumbled the other numbers/letters around to make it confusing but a the core of it they've still C, E, and S. I also tried to squeeze one of these into my Dream Garage that @Frisky Dingo made but couldn't swing it with its price.
  22. I love me more hatchbacks! Too bad we will get the sh!t sedan. In all fairness that 165hp converts to about 200 American horsepower and the 221 to about 250.
  23. V6 otherwise perfection because that’s a pretty car. #FordGTProblems
