  1. Yup, but more money than brains to figure that out...
  2. To each their own. At least their downforce goal was achieved without ridiculous tacked on pieces.. I've already said I don't care how functional the ZR1's pieces are, they don't flow well. Nothing really flows well on the C7. Personally, I don't think the C7 will age as well as an other Corvette just because the design. It isn't as clean as any other Vette and this is a perfect example of that. It is obviously the best Vette to date but I think the C5 & C6 will age better
  3. Ram 1500's that are 4X4 with the 3.6. 3.21 gears are only rated to tow 4650 with the quad cab. F150 with the base 3.3,, 4x4, 3.55 gears, and largest cab is only rated at 5000lbs. The lowest number I could configure the Silverado down to was 6000lbs All of which are probably difficult to find on a lot because I'd assume a work level truck has the trailer tow package that won't have the granny tall gears that drastically drops all of these down to the levels I looked up. Nope. I'm pretty sure 7600 or 7700lbs. The non-diesel I think is 7000lbs.
  4. The Colorado is the only mid-sizer that tops it as well. I think that Taco is 6000-something.
  5. Holy sh!t! That's double what my Escape could tow, 3500lbs. I love seeing luxury rides still being used for what they were originally designed for(the chassis, that is).
  6. FWIW, the Swedish Krona is currently 0.1193 to 1 USD. So be careful for that as well.
  7. We all understand there is a purpose for the wing. That doesn't mean it looks right on the car. This is incorporated much better into the body.
  8. LOL a boat that big causing that much sag.. definition of more money than brains.
  9. I've never seen a blue Escalade. That looks pretty sharp. I usually only see black or white but that blue looks really good. And that's a tiny boat on the Escalade... lol At least it is not ocean worthy.
  10. It also has way less power than a Gator or Slade... You have to spend 95k to get an engine to complete with the Gator or Slade in a GLS. Oh I've absolutely seen trailers behind Escalades, much less Navigators(probably because they sell so much less). Ever go to a race track? I always see at least one or two Escalades as tow vehicles. I bet if I were to frequent lakes there would be able the same amount there as well.
  11. Yes. Well, I'm actually not 100% sure if that's the drivers' fault because they do offer a car wash/cleaning service so I'm not sure if its the owner that parks like a jackass or the crew taking care of the cars..
  12. Oh I know what you mean, my dad is huge into wood working and with this building i'm learning some myself. It seems like an awesome hobby but unless you get some hand-me-down tools it would be very pricey to start out.
  13. In the basement parking garage that appears to be an executive garage definitely had some cooler stuffs today. P100D next to the charger I photographed the other day all black and cleaned up. A second “poor person’s Tesla” (LOL) 75, and I missed taking a picture because I was giving somebody directions but I saw an S550 Mercedes looking beautiful as well. Oh, and I would easily drive this lame GLA over a Yaris.
  14. Definitely not pulled straight off the C7R, they're both raised but that's about all the similarities. That wing on the yellow car looks terrible. That's itty bitty and looks awkward, like it doesn't belong. It isn't Benz bias, its just that one is a cleaner and more subtle design than the other(at least for me). The whole AMG GT lineup is a much cleaner look than the Vette.
  15. I doubt it.. I bet this is just good timing to get their 2017's off the lots while slapping Lincoln in the face.
  16. Probably why the people who buy the GLS over the 'Gator and 'Slade think. They don't care what's actually "better". "Oh look a German car, it has to be better."
  17. If I had a choice it would have been something different but it was on the other lady's insurance's dime so I couldn't be picky.
  18. Oh it most certainly will. But cars are so much more fun! lol
  19. That spoiler is waaaay less boy-racer, imo. One the driver looks over when looking out the back and the other the driver looks under when looking out the back. Solid, non-adjustable vs adjustable and the overall shape of the AMG's is cleaner and simpler than the ZR1's.
  20. Congrats!! I loved the ATS 2.0T that I test drove. I immediately felt connected to it and like I could feel the dimensions of the car.
  21. That's really not bad at all. I'd love to be able to swing that I just know it wouldn't make any sense for me to do that right now..
  22. I had a Yaris for almost a month as a rental. F. U. C. K. That.
  23. They're good vehicles. I sure enjoyed mine. It didn't do anything to blow me away but it didn't seem to falter anywhere either. I guess it did require a light foot to get advertised fuel economy but with that I did better than advertised.. not by much but a little.
  24. Sorry I meant that the Benz sized GLS somewhat had the segment to themselves. They have no reason to enter into the larger Escalade's segment.
