Yeah, on sale date was too late. That's the only reason. It'll be in next year COTY. And the Camry was the COTY last year, and look at the reliability issues they have had. Oops. All of these awards are just opinion anyway.

No full size SUV is fuel efficient. . . with the exception of the Tahoe/Yukon Hybrid IF it truly gets in the 20 mpg range like they are rated. I think that even the gas only powered Yu/hoe will be more efficient than this heap with EITHER engine. Lies. . ALL LIES! Sing it brother! The media needs to get out of the habit of humping Toyota when they are no better than any of the domestics in terms of anything. The playing field has been leveled with the outing of Toyotas issues they tried so hard to hide.

This was cruel for me to see this early in the morning. All of Toyo's latest SUV designs are just terrible. They don't appear rugged at all, and I cannot believe that Toyota has the balls to call this thing efficient. Only a faithful Consumer Reports believer would fall for that lie!

Meh, it's alright I guess. I don't think I could get in one, so much as I would put it on. I kinda like the funky style though.

I had to chuckle at the comparison of the MKS to the STS. There really is no comparison between the two. Even though the STS is dated (I still love it tho), it is worlds more sophisticated than the MKS on its Volvo chassis thats front wheel drive biased.

Disappointing, but I'm wondering if this V8 will come with a redesign of the vehicle and hopefully a nice interior that is also functional.

After seeing the new interiors in person, they are an upgrade from the last low rent, especially in the console area and the switch gear does look more upscale, but the feel is still low rent. Just like with women, looks aren't everything guys, especially if you have to touch it.
