    Alcohol!!!

I don't drink at all. Never have. My Pathfinder used to be an E10-aholic though.
  2. Sorry to hear, Borger. I know you'll always miss him, but it's good to know that he's not in pain anymore.
  3. Now I want one...
  4. Regular or Double Stuf?
  5. I remember reading that somewhere. Still think it sucks. I like multiple engine choices.
  6. I don't think they want Toyota to want them. Plus, except for the money problems, Toyota is fast on its way to becoming GM.
  7. Thanks for the box option, Reg. I got to choose two answers. If I were looking for a car now, I'd have no problem buying a G8, Camaro, or something like that (haven't decided) if GM went bankrupt. They'd still have something I wanted that no one else could offer.
  8. OK, so let's call the new car the Tiburon, and call the next iteration of the current Tiburon... the Pececito, for "goldfish."
  9. Well, let's see... tiburón is Spanish for shark. What's more beastly than a shark?
  10. What I can't figure out is... why does this get the Genesis name? It has very little to do with the sedan save for the RWD platform.
  11. 2.17 on my way home. Probably cheaper 10 minutes west of me.
  12. Today I saw a Cobalt Sport, maroon with the racing stripes. Shame the Sport isn't around for '09... anyone know why? ETA: Thanks for the topic, Chris.
  13. Agreed. Even better in AMG guise:
  14. I always have to stare at a CLS around here when they pass by (and there are several, including the AMGs). But I wouldn't get one... not comfy enough for me, even the front seats.
  15. Same here. The 7 is still un-Bangling itself, the S is over the top and HUGE, and the LS... no. I think the A8 could take over once it shook itself of that Audi reliability thing. **** Another find yesterday while in DC: BMW 8 Series. I had to watch it close to make sure.
  16. I see another problem here with bringing up all the possible Muslim acquaintances... but I'm not going to go any further than that, no... BTW, Balthazar, you bringing up the Nation of Islam discredits the WHOLE list.
  17. Saw my first Audi R8 in the wild... on my campus. HAS to be a professor's car, or something. Also, on the Audi front, I've seen a lot of A8 L's around these days.
  18. Looks like you had your own issues, DF. I don't blame you for laying low.
  19. And many did NOT vote for him because he's Black. Or they voted for McCain/Palin because he was White or she was a woman. Or they didn't vote for McCain/Palin because she's a woman. It goes both ways and it's quicksand. Also, all the minority races in the US, even if they went 100% Obama/Biden, couldn't get him into the White House by themselves. Obviously they needed some help from somewhere...
  20. It would be interesting. Though I am Christian myself, and always have been, I feel that religious policy should never have become part of a party platform. Church and state should have remained separate, but they haven't, and it hasn't worked well in either direction.
  21. First off, that's Chicago maroon. Second, my picture's in the thread dedicated to them. Third, I knew you were messin around... why am I responding seriously?
  22. Must be nice, Satty... my prettier half is, ahem, indisposed for a few days...
  23. I should have been in bed over an hour ago... but y'all know how it is. I'm a happy man tonight, and not because the President finally looks more like me. Since this country has been in decline for the past 8 years, a new direction is just what we needed. It may swing another direction in a few years, but that's the nature of politics and how the machine operates. But for now... we can at least begin to pull ourselves out.
