Genesis News: Genesis Introduces Spectrum "All-Inclusive" leasing
I honestly wish I had that service because the dealer, even with an appointment, is horribly slow. I end up sitting there for 2-3 hours for an oil change. And I tried to get it done at Pep Boys and they don't carry the "exotic" and it has to be preordered, which I wish they would tell you when you make the appointment.

Genesis News: Genesis Introduces Spectrum "All-Inclusive" leasing
This makes sense. I could see this becoming popular... I know part of the reason my parents tried their first lease 3 years ago is because I enticed them with the idea of owning one car, and always having one car completely new, covered bumper-to-bumper, and the only thing they really have to do is get it inspected and have oil changes.

New York 2019: Cadillac CT5 to Debut: Comments
I think this could sell... it has coupish looks and a few design elements that although I don't care for, people seem to eat them up.

Hyundai News:2020 Hyundai Sonata Gets a New Platform
It's going to be two 4-cylinder engines like the current lineup, and a hybrid. I can't imagine anything else. I'm hoping they don't throw a tiny 4-cylinder turbo in as a base engine. Probably an 8-speed auto standard. Would be very pleasantly surprised if AWD showed up as an option but truthfully, I don't know anything about this platform or their desires to offer AWD in the midsize sedan segment. In typical Hyundai fashion, I expect a slew of safety equipment standard.

That interior sells it to me. Timing has to be right, but I'd lease this next.

Tesla Releases Version 3.0 of Supercharging
True.. that was the majority of the fuel behind this purchase. See what I did there? I'd like to see more options for charging stations in public spaces. I know some colleges have a few charging spots. It'd be interesting if like a college student (not owning a Tesla, but perhaps a Leaf or Bolt) could charge while in class.

Tesla Reverses Plan to Close Stores
I recall him driving down the highway and his daughter had just shifted to the one-buttcheek-wide middle seat after her sister got in the car, and she didn't want the heated seat on (the middle rear seat is also heated) and he's hovering his finger over the diagram trying to figure out which seat he has to turn off, which he has to turn on, how many clicks each is going to take because they're all at different settings, etc...

Tesla Reverses Plan to Close Stores
Not to get off topic, but it still infuriates me to no end how 99% of the controls are in the screen. I mean, seriously, goddaughter is in the back seat and wants her heated seat on... driver has to go into the climate menu, then tap her seat to the desired level of heat. C'mon. So much unnecessary time looking away from the road. I was amused at the Yulelog you can play on the screen.

New York 2019: 2020 Hyundai Sonata: Comments
Wow, Hyundai has been desperately trying to get me into a new vehicle and I kept saying there's nothing I really want and I wanted to lower my payments off the Genesis if I was going to stay in a lease... if this comes out in time, I'd lease a limited trim of this.

Cars you are ashamed to admit you like
Well, that is a confusing situation. There's a CPO 2018 Avenir and 2 Premiers that have my attention, but even though I can afford them, the rational side of me says, "You should prob just get the Essence... or why not that cheap 2016 Sport Touring with only 15K miles on it... that's a steal!" I also have to really drive the new one because I need to see if I would be able to 1) get in/out easily since I'm tall and the rooflines are low, and 2) if I can tolerate the start/stop. Supposedly it's good, but having had POS cars while in college, there's that anxiety you get when you feel the car has "stalled".
