  1. I hope it's the camo, because that front overhang could give a Buick Century a run for its money.
  2. So, what is this considered, an ATS replacement?
  3. This isn't really my "thing" but I do like it a lot. Offer a hybrid or EV to start and I could see it selling a lot.
  4. I love the look of the Maxima... not sure how I'd like how they drive (suspension), nor would I be amused with a CVT....
  5. I like it... I like Nissan interiors.
  6. Should have been this way from the beginning IMO.

No, the Lexus leaves me in a state of complete befuddlement. The Caddy however, is beautiful. Odd to see they went back to so many actual physical buttons.
  8. The "chimes" recorded by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra were completely aimed at people like me who love that type of stuff but think no one else does.
  9. It might feel torquier at the lower rpms than the 2.5L but I hope they don't force that engine on you at the upper trims because I rather have a non-turbo to deal with that gets slightly better fuel economy.
  10. What is the point of the 1.6T? It's about the same power as the 2.5, and I imagine the fuel economy improvements wouldn't be that substantial, soooooo why opt for it? No more powerful engine option is confusing to me.
  11. I know this doesn't really help the discussion much but I've always wondered how to pronounce his last name... coming from a language teacher, it's kinda what I look at first. ?
  12. But their largest sedan of a "premium" brand should not offer it? I mean, I keep wondering why GM cars are so poorly equipped at lower trims if other auto makers can offer so much as standard equipment, or even optional on their cheapest vehicles.
  13. Not to beat a dead horse, but rain-sensing wipers on a Yaris, yet never a LaCrosse... Anyway, not a fan of the Yaris or hatches in general, but this looks nice and nicely equipped.
  14. The concept looks beautiful, but how many times have we heard Acura is going for a new look, new this, new that? I think what will really help their case is to add more letters. I personally would love to tell people I have an TLX with SH-AWD Type-S... hell, throw the whole keyboard on the bumper.
  15. Well, perhaps the warning might make it obvious for someone to think they should stop being behind the wheel. But face it, the people who shouldn't be behind the wheel, are often behind the wheel, so things like this could help them drive safer.
  16. Being that I live in an area with frequent traffic it's nice to just look at a little light on your side mirror to know you can't merge that second, than to constantly flip your head to check the blind spot only to find out you can't do anything. It keeps your eyes facing forward and as someone who occasionally wakes up with a stiff neck, it's a pleasure.
  17. It's nice, I like it, but I don't understand the point of the Passat with this? I like as it was said earlier, the base isn't stripped clean of features. I'm surprised there's no mention of safety features such as blind spot monitoring or lane departure warning.
  18. I honestly wish I had that service because the dealer, even with an appointment, is horribly slow. I end up sitting there for 2-3 hours for an oil change. And I tried to get it done at Pep Boys and they don't carry the "exotic" and it has to be preordered, which I wish they would tell you when you make the appointment.
  19. This makes sense. I could see this becoming popular... I know part of the reason my parents tried their first lease 3 years ago is because I enticed them with the idea of owning one car, and always having one car completely new, covered bumper-to-bumper, and the only thing they really have to do is get it inspected and have oil changes.
  20. I think this could sell... it has coupish looks and a few design elements that although I don't care for, people seem to eat them up.
  21. Oh good, I was wondering what they were going to do with those old Park Avenue grilles... glad to see them repurposed. Are those turbine wheels from the grounded Boeings?
