    Tires

I had Bridgestone Potenza S-03's previously...They were a decent tire...Great performance...ride quality wasn't amazing and road noise could get bad...I now have Michelin Pilot Sport PS/2's and they are an excellent tire...a bit more expensive than my S-03's were, but they are fantastic...
  4. Congrats on the new job. Hope everything goes well...
  5. You know what I don't get? How a forum of over 80 thousand members consiting of many different minorities including blacks can all laugh at this (where I originally found it). Then have it posted on another forum with everyone also laughing. Then having me show it to some of my friends including a buddy who is black and they all laugh hysterically at it. Yet, I pass it on to you guys thinking you'll get a kick out of it only to have, of all people, Mr. Sodomy come in and deem it racist... I can tell what this would turn into, so I'm taking the pic down...if anyone would like to see it, then they can PM me or whatever, and I'll send it...
  6. Funny you should mention that...a guy on another forum photoshopped in some kool-aid and KFC... But here is why it isn't racist...the original poster of the pic said this... I'm just passing it along...so...it's not racist...see?
  7. Well...I found it hilarious...
  8. That shifter actually reminds me of a larger SMG selector/shifter/thingy...though I doubt it will have SMG...
  9. ...didn't I get it last year too? I knew I answered this question before...
  10. The M1 was originally planned to be assembled by Lamborghini, but at the time, Lambo was in a rough financial state and assembly had many delays, so production had to be moved to Baur. Lamborghini was owned by Chrysler at the time of the Viper's development, so Lamborghini had input in the design of the aluminum block for the Viper.
  11. At first I was kind of wondering if it was a good idea for my mom to get her current X5 instead of waiting for the new models, but after seeing recent spyshots of the new X5 I am glad she got it now. The last of the bangle-ized designs (well, technically, Bangle was in charge of the design of the original X5 as well...so, I guess Hooydonk influenced design is better suited here...(Hooydonk being the creator of the Z9 concept which started it all)).
  12. An interesting read that may put this debacle to rest... http://www.avweb.com/news/columns/191034-1.html
  13. First off, I didnt edit it half way through, I edited 10 posts down from the first post... Secondly, here are the other threads that I got the original question from for reference...
  14. whack
  15. I think I worded it wrong...that should be "speed of the plane" not "wheel speed" ... here are some interesting threads on the topic... http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=428718 or better yet, here (way long though): http://forum.physorg.com/index.php?showtopic=2417&st=0
  16. A plane is standing on a runway that can move (like a giant conveyor belt). This conveyor has a control system that tracks the plane's wheel speed and tunes the speed of the conveyor to be exactly the same (but in the opposite direction). Will the plane be able to take off?

  19. There are only 10... It's bad enough Silky had to be removed a long time ago...don't kill my boobie girls off too... Honestly though, I really don't care...if you guys get tired of seeing them I'll remove them...I am starting to bore of them as well....

    found this

I like the mirror I saw on this guy's 540 that said "Objects in mirror are slower than they appear". It looked all OEM too with the original font, etc...pretty funny.
