  1. Only one emblem removed (whre the question mark is) name this car.
  2. Not a bad idea.
  3. 2) Sort of Simpsons, South Park & Family Guy are muhc better.
  4. Mako Shark II
  5. Voted "Not Enough 411" Should there be another New Orleans? yes Should it be rebuilt as it was? NO! Would a new city with all the necessary precautions & old flair make sense? YES!
  6. Is THAT all?
  7. Not a huge fan of this car... a slight dip in the raer Kamm back style might look better IMO. This one is cool for two reasons: 1. It was in the Power Tour 2. Linda Vaughn (Miss Hurst) Autographed it. I hope that airbag never explodes... Eeeek, her signature would eb destroyed. Back in the late 60s/early 70s she was super hot. These days she's a GMILF.
  8. Honestly, I'm asking.
  9. Very plain & unoriginal:

  11. Great to see the frame & Fisher Body reunited! Please do keep us posted Balthazar. BTW: Neither of these photos give justice to how thick & beefy that frame is. I remember commenting that it looked almost armored-truck-heavy when I saw it durring my visit to Balthazar's house. I'm still hoping to own a 1959 Buick myself by years end but who knows what the future will bring. If I win the lottery I'll donate to the WQ59B fund so that Balthazar can complete his Invicta by fall of 1958, it's true 50th B-day.
  12. CMYK
  13. According to people at the mall and most strangers she's definately MY kid... we're just not sure who the mother is. All joking aside she has changed soooo much in the past two years. When she was born she really did not look much like either one of us. About a year ago it was Marcia by about 70% and now it's like 60% me. But it varies depending on who you talk to. Here's one from summer of 2005 when she was still chubby-cheeked: WMJ: "Torque Screw" and the Cadillac Sixteen will go forever on her track without crashing/falling off/ overturning.
  14. WMJ: you are joking about that Vega right? Or was there a HT Vega I never knew existed? And the sexiest one of all:

  16. Forget slogans I used to have a smile plastered to my face when Oldsmobile Achieva SCTs raced alongside imports like BMW & Porsche in the Trans Am series. I remember one time when a Acura NSX was having a bit of trouble passing an Achieva in a series of curves. Hilarious. What made it funnieer was that a week earlier I talked my parents into buying a brand new Achieva. Yes, as a 14 year old car nut I told my parents which car to buy... and they listened.
  17. Excalibur (piano-----liberace-----flamboyant-cars-owned-by-liberace-----excalibur) :AH-HA_wink:
  18. Exactly. But then again this is not the first such dumb idea to come out of the 1990s. My brain just started to hemorage as I read that. AAVE? Give me a f@#king break. Here's a few new Acronyms for ya: GAFL: Get a F***ing Life YHWTMFTOYH: You have way too much free time on your hands TRFYOA: Take Responsibility for your own actions SMBADG: Stupidity must be a dominant gene
  19. Just like Fly's 1 of only 23,717 Aurora. :P If and when a next-gen. Riviera graces a Buick showroom it damn well better be a Hardtop! he last gen car would have worked great wiht a B-piller delete. The Riviera name stood for Hardtop so it's insulting for all those 70s-90s Rivs to have a fixed B-pillar. Still it is a great marque.
  20. Wow... cool post. Interesting footnote in Automotive history. So James, are you saying the Japanese are very A.R. about safety inspections and therefore a lot of soon to be classics get crushed? You know this makes me want to do an impersonation of Mike Meyers' Jewish lady from NY character: "I'm feeling faklemped, I'll give you a topic to discuss amongst yourselves: The Mazda Roadpacer was neither a rebadged AMC Pacer nor a Plymouth Road Runner..."
  21. Yes... very much so. Fly's right though... this is almost handsome compared to the Sienna they sell here in the USA.
  22. NO! All joking aside this thing needs a paper bag.
  23. I'm going to have a cup of McD's coffee, eat a meal at Jack-in-the-Box, roll over my '95 Explorer and then buy an iPod so I can cash in big time!
  24. Last thing I need is another distraction.
