  1. because many people think that protecting yourself and your property is a crime... you should wait for the police.. often when it's too late...and a crime as already occurred.
  2. the tires on my car currently are directional.. but i'm not familiar enough what the difference is in tires, as far as steel belted or other things.....
  3. Happy birthday!
  4. except....gm is majorly owned by the government.. so .. if they don't make profit.. it is welfare, permanent welfare, no?
  5. that's what it's been from the beginning. that's how millions of our dollars went to pharma companies, or mainly one, to make a vaccine... the first death in the USA was a very young child, no? OMG!!!!! Run from anyone with flu like symptoms, it's the new plague!!!!!
  6. saw a well kept or restored 30's chev sedan being driven.. if i was looking around sooner at that time i would have had time to snap a pic of it.
  7. more failure of burgeoning government...oh sorry, wrong forum. they should have anticipated not getting paid...at least not fast.
  8. if they understand it and can predict, i want them as my forcasters. what's it gonna be like here on dec 21 2012? LOL what an ignorant statement.
  9. mine really blows.. it used to be about 2.5X that (download), for whatever reason.....
  10. this is what a (the) Cadillac version should be....made like the vette, but make it priced and competitive to bmws, mercs, and such. aka more expensive in every right. the XLR, while unique was a very poor execution of a cadi vette.
  11. i've thought about this for my rear side markers (contacts in the plugs had corroded away) so i could just replace both the plug and light .....hopefully never again after that. ?
  12. Dwight, any knowledge of GM moving to 3 valve in the near future? that should add another 3-7% or so, right? i think DOHC has it's place, but many here would like the simpler design for larger displacement and power....other than a few vette's, if it's a vette it needs CIB.
  13. yes, up the CR to make about another 30+hp....?
  14. i'd say the v8. any chance the c7 will get "moderately lighter"? would a 350cuin motor making ~420hp be seen as a back step for corvette history. i do realize if they used the current block it'd be heavier than need be, most likely. is the 5.3L able to be enlarged or is that set up for longer stroke? is there any reason a new block should be made?
  15. Happy birthday.

    BOOOOYAAAHHHH

  18. i saw LNF.... kinda hoping it was a sky solstice party. lol i'm not familiar with chrysler's designations..... very cool... looks like a lot of work.
  19. +3 kinda surprised the N* isn't available for it... oh well. yes i know the 3.6 is practically on it's heels interns of performance.
  20. Happy Happy birthday.
  21. i'm kinda surprised you want all that pc horsepower then..... i'm betting that 4350 will be enough for those games, looking at minumum needs for it. the 4350 is 2x what the previous 3450 is. if that's what you want, go for it, or the like. my advice: sounds like you don't need that much muscle though and that much money could be used beefing up other components. find a good 2 core CPU with 2-4 gigs of ram, low to midrange video card, 500gb hard drive is fine, and just something that you know you can expand later. with the money you could save buy an external hard drive for back up if you don't have one.. and a decent battery back up. my $.02 hope it helps, if not, well... damn. heh.
  22. they're putting the 3.0 in the cts?
  23. a friend with an old 939 athlon64 has the 4350 pretty sure and was playing CnC...3? on a ~17" monitor pretty well.. the radeon 4830, 4850 and 4870's are quite a bargain... i bought a 4770 before the 4850s broke the ~120 ish range... it's quiet, powerful, and uses less power than the 4800 series. buy now advantages....obvious, you'll have the pc there. if you wait.... windows 7 will all ready be on it, no hassle upgrading it, prices will only fall.... what's your budget and what do you plan to do with it?
