  1. This is shocking news and now The Dark Knight is probably going to take in even more money when it opens, Heath Ledger as the Joker, now dead, his final performance, plus it being a summer blockbuster. Heath has said doing the Joker took a big toll on him, and he had trouble sleeping, I'm leaning towards sleeping pills being the cause of death.
  2. Yeah it sure is clean, but how about some more Cutlass pictures?
  3. Hey my thread is back form the dead, woot... Shinedown-45
  4. I feel your pain Capt. I recently purchased a Razer Death Adder mouse for about 60 bucks, and I'm still getting owned by kids in Warrock
  5. Remember I was the first to suggest the black SRT8 Challenger in this thread....should you ever go that route
  6. I think realistically, we wont begin to see a noticeable shift from today's mainstream cars to the cars of tomorrow until at least the mid teens. I think 2012 is still too early, I would suggest more along the lines of '15, my reasoning, by then Volt will have been around for a few years, possibly going into a second generation by that point, every other automaker will have it's own Volt either in production or soon to be released, just as the Prius basically catapulted the hybrid race.
  7. So why not make it 3? Mr. Monte Carlo himself has what 4?
  8. I'm of the same mindset as Camino, however I do like sedans as well. As long as their is a V8 driving the rear wheels, I'm happy. Granted my Riviera is v6 FWD, but it has style, and an interior I still love to this day. I made the sacrifice of a V6 and FWD for something reliable and comfy on a budget. But as far as today's auto market is concerned, nothing truly lights that fire inside me, like seeing 442, or (for me) a '58 Plymouth made to look like Christine, or a 69 Charger or 70 Challenger. The new Challenger is probably the only pony car I would consider, the Mustang is a Ford which is a no no for me, and the Camaro will be on every corner within a year. Too much exposure for me, I like rarity. So Camino I feel your pain man, but guess what? there's plenty of El Camino's still waiting for you to turn that key :AH-HA_wink:
  9. Right where they are now, the general public depends on what it's used to. I.E the internal combustion engine as we currently know it. People are so in the habit of saying "fill it up, regular" People know V6's V8's 4 cylinders etc. I highly doubt within 4 years time this is going to drastically change. Even today with hybrids, the end result is still a vehicle that relies on a gasoline powered engine. Now maybe this is ignorance, or perhaps I'm blind to the issue with our natural resources quickly going away...but you wont find me in anything other than a "normal car" meaning either V6 or V8 GASOLINE powered, why? It is what I am used to. It is what I know, and it is what I will continue to use until none are left to drive. With the prospect of oil prices coming way down, I see absolutely no reason why people as a whole will switch to a relatively new type of car, when what they're used to is still being produced.
  10. Challenger SRT8 in black, caarbon fiber hood stripes...425 horse, 6.1 liters of Americana and I suspect just as the original, it will be out sold by Mustang and Camaro sales. So it'll be somewhat more unique and thus even cooler.
  11. AM I the only one that noticed in the pic of the two outside the Roush building, the grey one is missing it's fuel filler. The red one clearly shows it being on the driver's side, as well as the other photos of the production Challenger. They are both facing the same way so the image isnt flopped....hmm quite strange
  12. Where do I sign?
  13. I'd rock it
  14. I love it, after reading some of the negative reviews in this thread, I'm left scratching my head. Looking at the Sport model, how could you not love this truck. I've never been a huge truck guy, especially pick ups....but if I had the cash and the wallet to support my trips to the pump, I'd buy this in a heartbeat. This is a great evolution of the current Ram, and yet seems to be harking back to the "original" Ram when the 94's came out with "Mack truck" styling. This interior is worlds better than anything Chrysler has produced this DECADE and this is a 09 model (although the Pacifica deserves a mention for nice interior). IMO this blows the F-150 out of the water and perhaps even surpasses the Silverado and Sierra in terms of styling both inside and out. I just really like this truck.
  15. I've been addicted to my online game called War Rock....it has literally consumed my life at this point
  16. Actually I posted it for 98

  21. Good news indeed...but to counter what Drew said, perhaps GM just said hey it's a Buick, everyone knows that, no matter how sweet it is, people wont want it...but oh how they do
  22. Happy Bday...I'll have to get you something for the Cutlass as a gift
