  1. f@#king no good son(s) of a bitch. Him/they will get whats coming to them, I'm truly sorry to hear this, I hope they find the Caprice, but if not just try to remember the time you had it and that it served you well. I think some pictures are in order here as sort of a tribute to it.

  6. Nice pics, I used to go to the NYIAS every year growing up, from around '90, '91 till about '98, '99...the last show I went to was '05. I love being able to see all the new and concept cars, but the parking and the crowds and all the hassle involved with it have led me to stay away. But I would like to go again within the next couple of years (for old times sake).
  7. I'm not here. But I'll let you know when I get back

  9. Why thank you sir, I try my best to keep her looking good...it's not an easy task with white paint and with her getting older now. In the warmer months I try to wash and wax her at least once a week. The engine cleaning was sort of easy, I basically took high pressure steam and tried to removed as much grime as I could that way. I then went to a self service car wash which has an engine degreaser function and gave the engine a good bath in degreaser and high pressure rinse and then blow dry. The end result was worth the work.
  10. Oh no $h!, what day? I'm the 19th.
  11. Thanks guys, if only she ran as good as she looks
  12. Sweet pic, hmm the summer of '82...let's see I was still baking in the oven, I wasn't born till November '82
  13. Well a few months ago I decided to do a little dress up on my grille and add some much needed fog lights. So I decided to do a poor man's billet grille and used 3M chrome body side molding to create the updated grille and then mounted my new oval ( grille shaped) fog lights in the grille. At night the reflection off the chrome and front bumper lights up the grille R which I love. Anyway sorry for the huge pics and bad quality of the photos but my camera is over 10 years old...lol Hope you like the look. BTW I took these photos at a local Buick, Pontiac, GMC dealer just so the Riv was among family when showing off it's new look. These last 2 shots are of my engine which I had just detailed.
  14. I'm not a big fan of silver, but it looks pretty nice, and the the MyGig system looks good in the dash, good luck.
  15. 1977-79 B bodies and C bodies...I miss my old Ninety Eight and my Delta 88 has seen better days, it has some severe rot issues at this point. Early 90's Trofeo's, always loved their styling inside and out especially with the VIC. Monte Carlo SS' and Cutlass 442's, God theres so much I miss.
