STINGRAY!!! okay so it was applied to all corvettes from that era... but corvettes from that era were IMO the most beautiful cars ever to grace the road... how do you hate the C3s... i dont get it? im not saying you have to love them... but how can you say they dont look amazing? they are so graceful an powerful at the same time... there is an aura about a C3 corvette that has only been captured again by the new C6... an look at a C6... there are obvious hints at a C3... and C3 IS stingray... the name cant be seperated from corvette... i can promise it will cause a huge uproar in the corvette community... that name is something special to corvette lovers... not necessarily because of a certain engine or anything special... but because of the generation of cars it represents... an era when american cars rule the roads and the corvette was king... and THAT is what stingray means... it is the crown atop the head of a C3 corvette... designating this car... as something special

hey BV i have an idea... instead of 4 wheeling all over the place... get a mountain bike if you dont already have one... and go bike riding for an hour... thatll get you in shape pretty fast... especially if you ride it out where you normally take your ATV

in a related story... the big wheel actually has higher torque and horsepower than the Xebra...

To my knowledge, the Monte SS Didn't get the Supercharged 3800 until 04 I think.. I saw an 01 SS that only had the regular 3800 in it. And they wanted $11,000 for it. well even the regular 3800 will give you some nice power.. but 11 grand for an 01... thats ridiculous unless it was mint condition and had less than 500 miles on it... as far as the supercharged...i think it may have gotten it in 03... not sure ill hafta check...

if those problems cant get fixed on the GTP the Monte s/c SS has the same motor so itll have the same power... it is pretty impressive right? i remember when my dad test drove my car... he turned onto this one road and said "lets see what kind of pickup this has" he then floored it and proceeded to say "whoa... its got great pickup" from that moment on he has refered to my car as "the rocketship"
