    .....

I wasn't personally saying that. I was just trying to save the people who would reply with that sentence some time.
  3. No need to be sorry, Ocn.

  5. I'll see what I can do in regards to meeting up. The only bad thing is that the show is usually a family thing. I was going to either take a day off school or go in the early afternoon after my classes end so I could enjoy it by myself without the crowds, rude people who sit inside the cars for hours on end or my annoying sister. Edit: I forgot to say that my parents weren't too fond of the idea.
  6. Seahawks.

    .....

Considering that Toyota is putting out two, possibly three (new Tundra and Sequoia, possible new LX) new large trucks while GM is putting out nine, who do you really think will catch more heat? Wait, I already know the answer. "GM because Toyota ALWAYS gets a free pass!"
  8. I'm proud to say I am one of those "idiots."

    Langues?

I speak English and since I took 2 years of it in high school, a very limited out of French. Due to the fact that I changed my major I have to learn a language. I'm thinking about Arabic since it will guarantee a job for a fairly long time (I'd love to work for the government) but it all depends on whether I stay in school or not.
  10. Mute, I think you look better with short hair, though you look smoking in the picture where you're pushing your little friend on the swing.
  11. Brown leather is amazing. The RX looks somewhat dated but the interior is still nice. The FX is one hot car, still-slightly crappy interior and all. The Touareg is nice both inside (though busy like Olds said) and out but it looks a little too portly. The Enclave, of course, is great inside and out, and will be class-leading. I have three nitpicks about it, though: 1) the center stack, 2) the chrome outline on the taillights and 3) GM probably won't offer a luxury package containing the interior we've been shown. Out of these, I think the Enclave would only compete with the RX. The FX is too sporty and the Touareg is an actual SUV, not a crossover.

    .....

Rumors have it the new Tundra's powertrain options range from a V6, two V8s, a diesel and a hybrid.

    zzzzzzzz

So why would we "nutjobs" have a fit? I think ER is more popular than BG.
  14. Don't be so stubborn, BV. You have to admit the Lucerene is a great car.
  15. Come on now, an undertaking?
  16. So, Mighty, based on the picture we have, how is the trunk accessed normally with the top down and how hard is it to do? It looks like you'd have to be a contortionist with x-ray vision to get anything out of the trunk.
  17. It's been some time since this was shown and I think I've finally formed a solid opinion about it. It's nasty. I used to like the front but now it just looks cheap. The huge chrome strips around the windows is tacky. The rear is just weird. Overall, it's a derivitive car that does little to enhance Lincoln's image. Whether or not this is produced does not mean much to the Lincoln brand.
  18. You are one lucky guy. Congrats! How'd you convince your parents about the car and insurance?
  19. How about changing the dealership experience for Buick customers? Since I've never shopped for a Buick I have no clue as to how it is. I think, however, a better dealership experience would lead to more sales. A cafe or something, you know?
  20. I think light comes out around the buttons and knobs, sort of like an outline, instead of just the usual word or symbol being lit.
  21. Happy Birthday, Frankie!

    .....

Or maybe Toyota will actually build a truck that is just as good as GM and Ford? Of course, no one would dare mention it here or give credit when credit is due. Will Toyota will be pulling a Honda this year?
  23. I didn't really mind the color but based on pictures I know it would look better in a different one, especially red.
  24. I saw my first Lucerne on the road today. It was tan, V6 model (didn't catch model designation) and a middle-aged woman was driving. It looked nice. Real nice.
