  1. I'm not so sure about the new Accord. Center stack seems waaay to busy and complicated. The Nissan units are much more straightforward.
  2. Boooo Go Mariners!
  3. Guess he missed the memo about only Impalas having six taillights...

  5. 1984 is always a source of avid discussion and argument among my friends (Philosophy and History nerds) Lately we've all decided to try to read and discuss "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand. I've decided I'll get around to it when I'm less busy.
  6. I have not known one person with an S10 Blazer/Jimmy/Envoy Post 1995 that didn't have serious issues with it.
  7. I'm sad to hear it. I really am. As an Oldsmobile enthusiast, I still remember my dad telling me about what they were doing to my brand when I was ten. My family's best cars were Oldsmobiles and Pontiacs. I went from Olds to Buick. I've always been a fan of Cadillac, it's a symbol of what my Grandfather always wanted but only got once. I want to have more than one in my lifetime. I'm sad to see that you're turfing your Lucerne, which along with the DTS and Impala are great cars. I also respect your decision. It's your money and you can do what you want. I wouldn't have bought a Toyota, but good luck with it anyway. Hopefully come 3 Years from now you can move back home when better cars are built, and Buick workmen have made them.
  8. Well 68, a lot of people have talked about my car, so I'll talk about it some more. It doesn't have rot problems, Dave suggested it so I had it inspected. They said it had the underbody of a Six Year old Car (It's Garaged) All of my electrical problems stemmed from a junction box behind the firewall that got water in it. Otherwise, engine is strong, 3-Spd Auto is Strong. NO Rattles to speak of. It does need bearings soon I think, and a lot of electronics and accessories will break like on mine but major mechanicals are fine... the 2800V6 does have Headgasket Issues. It may be hard to understand after everything went on my car this spring how I could still be positive, thing is between February 1997 and December 2007, nothing outside of Brakes, Tires, Fluid Changes and Tire Rotations were paid for and needed repairing. It had been exceptional until this spring.
  9. Well... Turns out the ice shelves were animated from "The Day After Tomorrow" Movie http://motls.blogspot.com/2008/04/abc-inco...-day-after.html
  10. Well... that was unique.

  12. Someone down the street from me has one of those... But in all seriousnes, I'm not sure which one I like better, this or the CTS...
  13. A Big +1 on that
  14. The last one is too sad to be funny... I'm surprised nobody's taken a crack at me yet
  15. Caddy, if you've got to sell your boat, sell it to your dad, he's got a newer Fleetwood and it stays in the family.
  16. Of course it's gonna be EPII.... It can't possibly go on on EPI until 2013. I'd put my moneys on a small RWD G5 Replacement.
  17. I hope it's a GM, my dad wants an MPV again next time...
  18. 1. Replace 1997 Cavalier with 2008 Pontiac G5 SE or Chevrolet Cobalt LT 2. Nice Vacation, Possibly to Europe. That's about all worth mentioning.
  19. IMO, I agree. We have a telescopic wheel in our Malibu, It's clunky and there's a difference in height of about 3/4 of a foot between my mom and dad. They both drive the car and know the wheel telescopes but never adjust anything but the standard tilt-wheel angle.
  20. Sweet
  21. I felt bad having all that snow on my Cavalier this morning, I feel even worse that your Buick got walloped with "Calgary Spring Weather"
  22. Harley, I think you missed "Snow in April" :AH-HA_wink:
  23. Well DF, ask and Ye Shall Receive...
