  1. That's what I was speculating on... I see we're on the same wavelength.
  2. YUCK.
  3. Haha They actually put it on Craigslist?
  4. The G5 is too far down on the list to make that possible.
  5. That's right, if they can afford dope they can afford to pay to fix your Caprice.
  6. Awesome! Chock one up for the good guys!
  7. I have no doubt that he still has the LeSabre.. I just hope he comes back one of these days
  8. DING DING DING. Complicated. Integrated. Design. I'll keep the black tie stereo, which got favorable reviews by the brits in the BLS. My Grandparents had a hard enough time figuring out the stereo in their new Impala with the tabbed favorites and whatnot, give them this and they'd cause a 52 Car Pile Up. Hell, give this to me and I'll cause an accident trying to figure it out.
  9. We're all familiar with the best seller's list in the USA, ever wondered what the Best Seller's List in Canada Looks Like? Pretty Different than the USA, Eh. The Impala didn't even make the Top Ten, neither did the Accord. The U-Bodies do well here too. CARS 1. Honda Civic 2. Chevrolet Cobalt 3. Mazda3 4. Toyota Carolla 5. Toyota Yaris 6. Pontiac G5 7. Toyota Camry 8. Hyundai Accent 9. Pontiac G6 10. Ford Focus NON-CAR 1. Ford F150 2. Dodge Caravan 3. Dodge Ram 4. Chevrolet Silverado 5. GMC Sierra 6. Ford Escape 7. Honda CR-V 8. Ford Ranger 9. Chevrolet Uplander 10. Pontiac Montana SV6
  10. FACT: It's also the Great Leader's Birthday in North Korea Go out and have a good one guys
  11. Everyone I know is planning on these Vulgar Lincoln Navigator and Hummer H2 Limos (I mean not even a classic stretched black Town Car). If I was to go... I'd want to be driven there by an older guy in a nice coat in a 1965 Cadillac Hardtop Sedan. Forget the booze, I mean you'd be binging on STYLE.
  12. Speaking of Classics.... 68: I know it's not a Buick, but it's a '59 4-Door Hardtop GM. :AH-HA_wink: . If only I had the time *sigh* http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Oldsmobile-...7QQcmdZViewItem
  13. XP's right. The King of Sweden collects classic Oldsmobiles. no joke.
  14. My Condolences....
  15. Haha, GMPG, you made the sane decision, anyone with a head on their shoulders would think the same way.... I wouldn't even think of asking my dad to lend me his Impala for prom... but then again, the lack of a date and other factors that make the whole thing trivial IMO mean I'm just not going to my senior prom this year.
  16. You KNOW you want it.... If not, I certainly do :AH-HA_wink: .
  17. Sure it stiffens up on the HWY and is good in tight lots but I don't have trouble with the Impala in tight lot spaces... so It's not a big deal to me. Most of the "Expressways" where I live only limit speed up to 50MPH. The Steering is almost as loose at 50MPH as it is at 5MPH. It's okay at 70MPH, but unless you're out on the open road, those speeds never happen. 50MPH is a bit too fast for the steering to be so loose, It's downright scary sometimes, esp. when I was driving it regularly when the Cavalier was in the shop. I usually drive the Cavalier or the Impala so it was a pretty big difference IMO.
  18. Malibu Maxx checking in. Electric Steering sucks but we get 24MPG in primarily city driving. It's peppy and versatile. If you can get past the over-assisted steering it's damn good.
  19. That's Really Good, I Like It!
  20. I think there may be a VIN stamped onto the Engine Head... My way around my car being stolen and having the vins scraped off, I put my name, phone number and address on a card (business card, and put it into the inside of the driver's side door.
  21. I have one too, it involves a 2010 DTS or an Invicta :AH-HA_wink:
  22. That's some good insight there, 'biz.
  23. Hell, if he was in my area I'd go for it.
  24. If you can manage it, a manual is always better.
