My toys...

Either or. Makes no difference to me.

Both have practically the same  455 CI V8. Sure there are some differences....big deal....

1973 Pontiac Trans Am.

455 SD

And...a 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda 440-6 pack.

I prefer the 440-6 pack over the 426 HEMI....why? I dunno. I just do.

lol I'm just running behind... Also, I've noticed most dream cars are sub 7.0 liters..I mean I could have 5 supercars or race cars..Not exactly sure what I'd drive daily.

Mercedes made an SL70 and SL73 AMG in the R129 generation AKA the best looking modern SL.

Here ya go-

Eh. I'm lazy. Anything GM 7.0 or above. 5 of them please.

So Five of the 1974 Chevy Nova 454 7.4L V8 then or would you rather have the Buick GS Stage 1?

This will be the go big or go home edition.

Bugatti Royale with 12.7 liter straight 8.

Bugatti_Royale_Sinsheim.jpg

Any Duesenberg, preferably supercharged, they all used a 7 liter straight 8 with DOHC.

Duesenberg-SSJ-LaGrande-Roadster-13362.j

Mercedes 770k Grosser, 7.7 liter supercharged 8 cylinder.   Hitler's car.

Obviously a 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible with the 500 cubic inch V8, the end of an era.

Lastly for something more modern, I'll go with the SL73 as was earlier mentioned.

I may nix the Dodge Polara cop car for that Cadillac....

True dat SMK...end of an era...plus convertible, I did not have a convertible initially.

Very elegant those 1930s Mercedes Benzes were...I too like them.

I denounce them when I discuss them in internet forums....because Hitler and Nazis and a little thing called WW2....but I very much like them.

You're supposed to also ask, "would you like fries with that?"

Would you like Fries, Onion Rings or deep fried Mushrooms with that? ;)

If there was a dream car garage for 4+ liters in 2025, I bet we'd have a hard time coming up with 5 new cars to put it in.   In the 3 and 4 liter garages there were a lot of new cars, as you get into the 5, 6, 7+ liter you can see how the classic cars got more and more common.

Duesenberg Model J doesn't qualify, it was 420 CI (419.7 = 6.9L)

- - - - -

The >427 CI cars generally are too late to earn my lust.

Not an Olds or Chevy guy, so those are out. I like Ford trucks and old Ford cars, but the big cube Fords don't do anything for me.

I'd like a 455 Buick, but I'm not overly enamored with the cars the engines come in.

'70 GS455 Stage 2 might be nice, 455 CI

'67 Pontiac 2+2 hardtop, 376 HP 428 CI

'71 Plymouth Sport Fury GT, 440 CI :

70sportfurygt_1.jpg

'68 Cadillac Eldorado, 472 CI

'68 Riviera Gran Sport, 430 CI

What I'd really like would be a hybrid; a '61 DeSoto coupe with a six-pack 440 and a TorqueFlite. :D

Guess that's why I'm building the 'GM version' of that : '59 Invicta coupe with a 455.
