  1. What happens if you don't use the engine for a really long time? I mean, supposed you are able to run on purely electric for a couple of years and one day you're in need to go farther--would the engine just start right up or would there be a problem?
  2. How much further east are you talking about? I'm already about 20 minutes from the end of the LIE :AH-HA_wink:
  3. LOVE the interior.
  4. What's a shame is, I feel Olds had better product towards its demise than what Saturn has (until the past year or two).
  5. Uffa... I would love to have an Alfa! The kids have no idea what it is... would love to take them outside and show them a beautiful, new red Alfa--it'd be considered a "cultural" experience :AH-HA_wink: Of course it'd have to be a manual, black leather. I'd just have to figure out which model I want. Don't get me started on how much I'd love to take them outside and show them my new Quattroporte!
  6. It looks nice in pictures. Actually, I haven't seen a lot of new Pontiacs... never seen a G8, never seen a G5, and I've only seen 1 Torrent.
  7. Unfortunately, I still have yet to see a G8.

Funny, cause the gas went up another dime by me. It's now $4.09 for regular.
  9. Saw an `09 Maxima. Wasn't impressed.

Eh... not much of a stretch when you take Chrysler into consideration. It's just a circular logo with wings.

Just think of what the parking brake would look like? :AH-HA_wink:

I filled up at $3.67 Thursday night. Friday night it was at $3.99 for regular.

I still feel I should sue them for the money I spent on their material. It just didn't work. And, I got grounded when my mom found them! I want that time back but I know if I bring it up even as a joke, I'll get a God/sin lecture. :AH-HA_wink: I'd be interested in how creative a modern day Playboy car could be designed. I bet they could come up with something sexy, and a bit humorous!
  14. Arg. I was trying SO hard to stay out of it, but I can't. What makes you think the NG LaCrosse will automatically be this soft, billowy ride? It's obvious that Buick is changing. They're changing at a conservative rate as to not head the route of Oldsmobile. It is evident they can build a LaCrosse that rides and handles beautifully--just look at the reviews of the Super? They rave over and over about its composure on the road. And that's on a W-platform.

    That is just ridiculous.
  16. Yeah, see, I enjoy my paid-for turd too. No car payments, and DIRT CHEAP car insurance... people don't believe me when I tell them what I pay. Plus, part of me wants to flip 200,000 on the odometer.
  17. Yeah, but the problem is, I drive others' cars and they're just so much nicer... lol My friend just got the 335i coupe, and I was foaming at the mouth after driving it. His last car was an S4 with a 6-speed, and again, had too much fun. I know the 190hp would feel nice, but sometimes I want a little more. I know, I know, be practical.
  18. I forgot to grope the dash when I was in her car. I know I'd be happy with a 4-cylinder, but there are those few times where I want the coglioni (balls) of a V6. If I ended up going for a 4-cylinder car though, I'd highly consider a Malibu too.
  19. I haven't been in the new Sebring, but someone at work got a new Accord EX V6. That thing is SMOOOOOOTH and those materials are top-notch. If it wasn't so expensive, I could easily be coaxed into an Accord Coupe EX V6.
  20. Congrats to your friend. Anyone know exactly when Chrysler plans to show us their 2009 Sebring update? We're running out of 2008...
  21. It's like a Kia Amanti on steroids that gave it a gut, and someone ripped off some Mercedes taillamps and tacked them on, and it's just all not working together. It really looks like someone just stuck random car parts on another car (that was already ugly to begin with).
  22. The first time I heard that song was through a video made by this girl: Elsa Rhae She is VERY clever... has some really cute videos.
  23. Uh... can we leave Italy? I really like it there and uh, without it, it kinda makes my job pointless.
  24. Haha, I read about this yesterday on CNN... this stuff is so interesting to me, I emailed the science chairperson and all the science teachers about it. They were appreciative however reminded me they teach 6th-8th grade, and this is WAY over their heads. LOL I guess since it's not my subject area, I forget how much kids that age know (although I have a good idea with math since I always helped them on Math and French/Spanish/Italian problems at lunch when I had lunch duty).
  25. Dogs. I severely dislike cats. Cats seem to become obsessed with me, it's like I smell like catnip or something, they just whore my attention. And then they insist on getting pet... they demand it. When they're done, they bite you. I'm highly allergic to cats too. Dogs, no. And I love my Kelly... she's a freakin' genius. She treats my goddaughter and niece like they're her own children, and all she asks for in return is someone to open the door so she can make, give her food and water, and occasionally be pet and played with.
