  1. How is it assumed as planned for the DTS? I didn't hear anything to that. What really upsets me is they're essentially Crown Vic/Grand Marquing the Lucerne. They could update the interior dramatically and refresh the exterior with some new sheet metal and an edgier grille to at least try and keep it fresh. Minor updates to me means packing/color changes, maybe the addition of a feature or two. It's upsetting--I love the Lucerne, would love it to become a big player, but it seems it won't be given the chance.
  2. For his sake, I hope its at least got the leather option, cause the cloth interior is horrendous. It's what really turns me away from the Custom trim.
  3. I think the back is horrendous.
  4. Not to mention, both hid dirt very well. And after ALL these years, again, both weren't faded at all. What did fade was the faux wood.
  5. The grille in this picture looks so much more bold and aggressive--the slats are thicker, and chrome-colored... that's what they should have standard. If the other grille is an option, I hope it's black chrome. To me, the grille sets off a car... weak grille, no interest in looking beyond it. (Although to me, interior is #1, exterior is #2)

  7. Absolutely I'd consider the Cruze if it had those features... however, I'm thinking since I'm such a Buick lover, if it had a Buick twist, a nice waterfall grille, mini sweepspear, proud Buick insignia... well, I'd love to cruise around in that. I'd also assume the Buick would receive a quieter, more plush ride. EDIT: Not the Astra though--I like sedans and an occasional coupe. Not into hatches, wagons, SUVs, CUVs, etc.
  8. People love me with a goatee... then I shave and they love me clean shaven. Then we'll have a week off and I have a goatee again and they say, "Oooh, I love the goatee!" I had a chin-strap in senior year of high school, a full beard freshman year of college. Whether a beard or goatee, I keep it neatly trimmed at #3 on my beard trimmer setting.
  9. I'd be very interested in a Buick version of the Cruze. Give it heated leather seats, auto climate control, auto dimming heated mirrors, rainsense, a quiet, smooth, yet sporty ride, xenons, and done, winner. EDIT: and let's not forget, Nav and a hard disc.
  10. My last Century had a dark blue interior. My current has burgundy. Love them both.
  11. Someone enlighten me? Aren't small engines whiny and high-vibrating? I mean, granted my only experiences with engines about that small are the Prius' 1.5L, Corolla's 1.8L, and moving down into the past, a 93 1.9L Tracer. All are loud. All vibrate a good deal. All whine. Granted, this is a 9.5--I'm assuming it'll have a lot more sound deadening, but it's the flagship sedan!
  12. Yeah... I'm highly allergic to Ibuprofen. Every one of my friends treats it like the wonder drug. It took 3 years before they remembered to stop offering it to me--and even now, I still get, "Oh, you could take... nevermind, no you can't." :AH-HA_wink:
  13. That makes sense because my sinuses have always been an issue with me. Arg.

What's the big deal? I live in a gated community. You going to start hatin' me too? :AH-HA_wink:
  15. In the past two years, I've noticed that when a front is moving through, I tend to get a headache. The more dramatic a change in weather, the bigger the headache. I have a friend with the same problem. Anyone else here have this problem?
  16. Hey now! Leave us out of it! Don't ever use those two words in the same sentence! :AH-HA_wink:
  17. Gotta say, it looks really good!
  18. I like it--not too big a fan of the taillights however. Yay for LED gauges!
  19. Like the Duck?
  20. Yes, but it's the sedans I care about!
  21. Wow... they're going to be everywhere. This is awesome for a little car.
  22. Oh, how I wish it were. Unfortunately we're getting rid of the "Space" part it seems.
